Talk about a true neighborhood gem. We stumbled across this super cute, cozy Pizza and Pasta spot in South Minneapolis. This sister run spot has been around for 49 years! Always family owned and operated. It was a Monday evening and they run an all you can eat spaghetti deal for $10. Yeah. $10!!! What a steal. On top of that pints are $4 on Mondays. This spaghetti was phenomenal. I was truly blown away by the perfect cook on the noodles and the delicious, meaty red sauce. It brought all the feels and childhood memories from eating spaghetti growing up. Except my mom's was never this good (don't tell her). Service was also awesome. Our server was fast and friendly and the owner even came over to say hello and ask if everything was good. I am super excited to come back for pizza. Ordered a pizza for delivery on Friday night, 2 topping medium pizza was 28.00. Afterwards I looked and was charged 35.00 plus I tipped even though it showed up door dash. When I called and asked about it they told me they charge a 7.99 delivery fee and didn’t mention they use door dash until I asked. Nowhere on their website does it mention a fee and when I ordered they never mentioned it only the price was 28.00 which was different than the 35.00 charged to my card. When I said it seems ridiculous a medium pizza was 35.00 the person basically hung up on me. If you look at their menu online a medium 2 topping pizza should be about 18.00 so not sure where the extra charges add up to 35.00 but I’ll never order a pizza from them again. We used to get their pizza at least once a week for game night and even though they are struggling I see why now, they just priced out the whole neighborhood if they want a pizza delivered.

I can't say anything nice about this place we waited two and a half hours for our food because the kooks lost our ticket and the waitress never came over to ask us or talk to us or even ask the cook where are food was that's just ridiculous they expected us to pay full price for something that we didn't even want after two and a half hours when we approach the owner she laughed about it had nothing to say no sorry the waitress never said sorry this was our first time there this will be our last time the food was cold the food was nasty ? will never go back to this place again I didn't leave any stars because it wasn't worth it

Ordered food for pick up and while I showed up early, it was done at the time they stated. So I consider that a plus because of other places they get it done early and my food sits and gets cold. I used to eat here when I was a kid some years ago and it hasn't lost a beat on taste. Brought me back with pizza, which tasted great and the wings were very nice. Got a chance to meet 2 partial owners (Jason and Jen) and it is great to hear the plans for them. The inside is bigger now and can't wait for their patio in the summer.
I am very unsatisfied with my order. I placed my order online and asked for sauce to be on my wings. I get home and all I have is fried wings with no sauce. I paid extra to have jalapeños on my pizza, there was none on it. Called Jakeenos to tell them about my order, no answer 20 minutes. The phone would just ring, very unprofessional. It's 2pm and online it states they're not busy.

we were there today waited 2 1/2 hours to get our food with two kids under the age of eight. They had lost. Our tickets didn't say they're sorry. The owner told the owner about it and she didn't care anything about it. She was happy about it the waitress was just mean, she didn't speak English couldn't understand her it took us 20 minutes to get an appetizer. They brought soup for us and didn't bring the bread until 15 minutes later like I said we waited 2 1/2 hours for food because the cooks decided they were gonna lose our ticket. We will never go back , this place is not worth it all they have is bottled pop. They have nothing else we had to ask for a straw. It took him 10 minutes to get us one. This place is not worth it. Do not go there do not go.

I just ordered pick up here , there pizza is Amazing ? very authentic, the pepperoni is so fresh and tasty. The Thai chili chicken wings are so good too!!! Im happy i only live 5 minutes away!! Definitely going to support this place more often.

Food was great thin crust a little thick I had to wait extra time because my first pizza was burnt . But the owner made it better by giving me a bag of really great cookies .

The servers were friendly on the phone and welcomed me with a smile when I got there. Ample seating with both high tops and tables had I chose to eat in. Also looked like a good wine and beer selection.

I remember my mom used to get us pizza from here when I was a kid on a daily basis we always would say we want the pizza with the BIG sausage is on it ? …. Never had pizza this GOOD! It’s definitely real homemade pizza for your soul
