Party of 10. Celebrating 5 birthdays. Food was great. Our waiter was outstanding. Disappointed in Mgmt. A near by bus boy cleaning tables accidentally dropped a sour cream cup that took an awkward jump and 7 of us got sour cream in our hair and clothes. It was an accident, not blaming the busser. Someone came over and gave us some napkins so we could clean up. Not one word from management about this nor one mention of any of our birthdays. We dropped $850 and not 1 free dessert. Thought they could have done better.

Thank you for allowing the wedding to take over the restaurant and intruding on others enjoyment of their evening. Thank you for charging me a $9.00 facility charge without telling me. Thank you for charging me a fee to season and blacken our steaks without telling me. Thank you for serving my guests the incorrect steak temperatures from what was ordered. Thank you for allowing the wedding photographer do whatever they wanted to get pictures, regardless of how intrusive it was on your other guests. JAX management. Please don’t forget about those guests that have contributed to your longevity. My family has been coming to your restaurant for over 40 years. We stuck with you after the structural damage closing and during the pandemic. Please remember this when you make decisions or allowances such as those highlighted above.
