I arrived a few minutes earlier than my online order was to be ready. After standing there for a couple of minutes and watching how busy the employees were, one of them communicated with me and apologized for the wait. I could clearly see one was slicing meat, one was cleaning, one was tending to taking orders and two were prepping and assembling the sandwiches. I appreciated the communication and I know times are hard. Thank you for all you do!
I don't do this very often, but today I needed to do so.
This new mom was having a very long day. Baby hasn't been sleeping and constantly crying which has kept this mama awake trying to console him. Today of all days I haven't been feeling well and neither had he. To the point that I could not put him down without him crying constantly.
