When I was at this jersey mikes they were super busy and I grabbed the wrong order. When I noticed this I called the store back and spoke with Eric and Ceaser and explained to them what happened. They offered a refund or for me to come back. I was super hungry so obviously I went back. By the time I arrived my sandwich was coming off the grill. They gave me the sandwich with a smile and apologized for the mistake.

This is the best Jersey mikes I’ve ever been to! The staff were so kind and attentive and made sure they got everything correct. The sandwich itself was so fresh and delicious, it was the best sub I’ve ever had from Jersey mikes, or any chain sandwich shop to be honest. The food took a bit for them to make but I could see they were making everything fresh and they even offered me a free drink cup while I waited! It was very above and beyond service and quality of food. It was a super comforting meal/experience after a long day. Will definitely come back!

This is the best run Jersey Mike's I have ever been to. In a world where nothing seems to work, this place is a breath of fresh air, truly. The staff is always so friendly and efficient. I appreciate the work they do, and they always deliver above and beyond. I feel at home when I walk through those doors. Keep it up!
Toya and Kevin had me laughing and so well taken care of! I tried the viral pregnancy sandwich from tik tok and it was absolutely delicious!! Amazing service made it even better!! 😊

I would highly recommend NOT ordering delivery from this specific store. They've botched orders multiple times (multiple missing items and completely incorrect sandwiches) including just overall poor quality of the items that did arrive.
Worse yet, their staff does not pick up the phone and the automated message system is only going to make you more frustrated when trying to get refunded for items undelivered.
Maybe in-person is better, but I'll personally avoid that gamble.

I’ve always liked Jersey Mike’s. That’s why this was such a letdown.
I didn’t even get everything I paid for. All the drinks were missing, plus a bag of chips. Annoying, but fine — mistakes happen.
What’s not fine is the food that did show up. The sandwiches looked like they were slapped together by someone who couldn’t care less. Wrong, sloppy, and honestly gross. They barely resembled what I ordered and tasted terrible. This is not the Jersey Mike’s I remember. If this is what happens after a private-equity buyout, it’s a pretty clear example of a brand being slowly hollowed out.
And then there’s the fun part: you can’t reach anyone. Call the store and you get stuck in a phone loop that goes nowhere. The website offers zero real support. No refund. No accountability. Just take the money and disappear.
This whole thing sucked. Bad food, missing items, and no way to fix it. Another place I used to trust that clearly doesn’t care anymore.

My family and I just went to this Jersey Mike’s for lunch - we shared a giant turkey sandwich and a giant ham sandwich and we all agreed that they were the best Jersey Mike’s sandwiches we’ve ever had. The gentleman who made our sandwiches was so careful and did such a good job. The folks helping other customers while we waited for our food were kind, friendly, and clearly enjoying themselves at work. Thank you, Jersey Mikes staff, for making a simple sandwich stop into a genuinely cool interaction. 10/10, will be back again soon.
