Bad day? I’m giving 4 stars but it was a 3 star experience. I went in and ordered the only thing I ever order (yeah, I’m one of those guys). They then called out a sandwich and I ignored it as it wasn’t mine. He said this is you. I said is it a big kahuna? He said no a chipotle is what you ordered. I said not even a slight chance. He turned around and threw the sandwich to a back counter and had a small fit. Told one of the other employees I told him the wrong sandwich (almost got me heated up). The sandwich was great, as usual. Service is usually great. I’m giving 4 instead of 3 because a bad day shouldn’t hurt the business. If he wouldn’t have blamed me I wouldn’t have even left this review. I will go back as I’m sure it was a fluke.

Love Jersey Mike's subs!! My go to whenever I go there is the Big Kahuna cheese steak!!! Full of beef, cheese, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and jalapenos!!! It is sooooo good!! I can usually smash a whole big sub like this to myself!! The parmesan rosemary bread is perfect for this sandwich!!! It's a little pricey but it's well worth it for the quality and how much meat n stuff that goes into the sub!!

Jersey Mikes anywhere is the best, and this location lives up to that standard. The best subs, ever! My order is always correct and the food is always fresh, no matter what time of day. Even with delivery, the food stays perfect. Don't change a thing! Gems like Jersey Mike's are hard to find nowadays, normally chains get gross and lackluster, but Jersey Mike's still has a mom and pop shop feel and the food is sooo tasty! Great job Lake Street location!!!

Parking is bad. If you can get in and out of this store without a parking ticket out front or having an accident in the back parking lot you have accomplished something!
Can't get the order right, missing food and why even have the option to select what you want on your sub when you guys can't even do that right ? I'm never ordering from this place again, bread here is soo hard that you know it's not fresh. It taste so bad ? I'm shocked, what a waste of money, lesson learned.

Friendly staff but never seem to get my sandwich right. It's usually $45 after tip for me and my girlfriend so you can imagine how it feels biting into a $23 sandwich that has tomatoes that you're allergic to. To the staff-WRITE THE CUSTOMERS ADDITIONS AND SUBTRACTIONS ON A PIECE OF PAPER, you aren't impressing anyone by trying to remember our sandwich and then messing it up every time.
