The saddest sandwiches are made here. How you get the order wrong when the receipt tells you what to put on it?

My sandwich itself was really good. Unfortunately everything else about this place is just a no from me. They are insanely busy around lunchtime and you’d think they’d be used to it. They need a better pickup system. When you place a mobile order, they just set the sub down at the pickup spot. They don’t call out a name or anything, you’re just supposed to have strangers walk up and touch your food to see if it’s theirs. I understand they’re busy but the staff is really rude if you have questions or concerns. I placed a mobile order for a combo. I had never been here before so it wasn’t clear where I got my chips and drink. I asked and was talked down to like I was a child. 17 dollars for a meal with awful service just doesn’t do it for me.

Peak lunch hours= Poor quality food
Vinegar literally makes me gag. Asked for no sauces. Walked back to my office only to open a sub I can’t eat. Thanks a lot JJ

Do not bother using the app here to skip the line - you’ll wait 20+ minutes . . . The staff is generally unfriendly and seem angry

Peak lunch hour results at a downtown US Bank Plaza.... at height of a busy lunch rush, this is what you get. Smashed mushy torn bread. Looks like Subway. And they ask for a tip....

I accidentally ordered online from this store earlier today instead of another one. I called to cancel & the girl on the phone was so nice & helpful. I was very impressed with my interaction with her. Great customer service!

Simple, good-tasting sub. Nothing special but doesn’t need to be. Servers were very nice.

This location used to deliver pretty quickly within the downtown area. However, they’ve been taking at least 30-45 mins to deliver. I’ve had Doordash make deliveries with multiple stops between and still deliver quicker than them.

I order with the app and it is normally about a 5-10 minute process to get my food. Pretty much just how long it takes me to walk there.

I worked there. 1st n st Louis park wasn't getting trained then got transferred to downtown Minneapolis 3rd st next to us bank stadium is straight but the location in the US bank skyway bad. Too much favoritism. Krista keep lying about getting my m.i.t spot back. I been there over a year. All they do is use the gud workers.. I got fired cause I was threatened by another employee. Apparently my response got me fired but at the same time nothing was done to the other employee. They not worth working for and the skyway shop...fuk em. If any1 needs jimmy johns go to the 1 by us bank stadium...

I don't know what happened to Jimmy John's but they've really gone downhill. This is the third one I've tried in the past 2 years and all of them have somehow gotten my basic order of meat and bread wrong, but this one takes the cake. I ordered double roast beef, they entered roast beef and turkey. I didn't argue it cause I was tired, hungry, and turkey is fine. What do I get? Ham and cheese. And they've really skimped on the quantity. I remember when each bite would have a good half inch of meat. Now, it's 3 slices of ham that tastes like the prepackaged garbage you can find in the store.

Jimmy John's has great food specializing in gourmet sandwiches that are the perfect size for a satisfying meal. I suggest the JJBLT, a uniquely delicious BLT, for a great meal full of good protein & flavor. Order a side of ranch to dip your sandwich for added yumminess. The store is pleasant with huge windows allowing for natural light & good views of bustling downtown Mpls. The staff are always kind & will assist the ordering process. If you're looking for a tasty meal stop in for a tasty sandwich.
