I don't know what happened to Jimmy John's but they've really gone downhill. This is the third one I've tried in the past 2 years and all of them have somehow gotten my basic order of meat and bread wrong, but this one takes the cake. I ordered double roast beef, they entered roast beef and turkey. I didn't argue it cause I was tired, hungry, and turkey is fine. What do I get? Ham and cheese. And they've really skimped on the quantity. I remember when each bite would have a good half inch of meat. Now, it's 3 slices of ham that tastes like the prepackaged garbage you can find in the store.

Jimmy John's has great food specializing in gourmet sandwiches that are the perfect size for a satisfying meal. I suggest the JJBLT, a uniquely delicious BLT, for a great meal full of good protein & flavor. Order a side of ranch to dip your sandwich for added yumminess. The store is pleasant with huge windows allowing for natural light & good views of bustling downtown Mpls. The staff are always kind & will assist the ordering process. Never been in the shop but always order delivery. Last time they we’re running behind on my order but sincerely apologized upon delivery and gave me a free cookie. Always great service and great staff. Never had a problem here. :)

Yup. This is the best Jimmy John's.Been coming here for a year, and whether I cater or place an order for pick up, it's always timely, correct, and put together with love. The delivery staff are THE BEST and all staff are so friendly. Can't speak highly enough of this Jimmy Johns!

Something tasted a little off or sour in my Billy Club + Pepper and Onions on Thursday. I didn't finish it. I didn't think much of it until I woke up with a bad case of food poisoning at about 1:00am that night. So clearly something was spoiled. Maybe the mayonnaise?

Bread was incredibly soggy and they force you to wear a mask eventhough the mandate was lifted. Very disappointed

Food is decent but they are never actually open. unfortunately this means we can never order Jimmy Johns because they are the only one allowed to deliver to my location even though there are many open stores not far from my location. Jimmy Johns should let other stores in close proximity deliver if this place has such restricted hours. We like Jimmy Johns and they are losing a lot of business from us and I'm sure other people as well.
Food was good but I was hesitant to eat it after watching the guy nose breath on my sandwich. It's nice the employees wear masks but they should be wearing them properly and covering their nose AND mouth.

Honestly they are just starting to annoy me here. I work downtown so this is the location that delivers. The delivery guys are always so nice and polite!! So thats my positive on this post. My negative is EVERY TIME I ORDER I ask for mayo packets. Not only do I select them while adding my sandwich to the cart, but I also type in the directions box MAYO PACKETS PLEASE. So it's literally on my order TWICE. They STILL never put them in my bag. May seem little for some, but at the end of the day they aren't doing their job and I'm not satisfied with my order. I'm not understanding how they keep missing the mayo packets when they are specifically asked for. I shouldn't have to call the store to make sure they do their job either like the manager said to do. READ THE SLIP!! Geez. Just want to note, they never forget the napkins but always skip right over the mayo! Annoying. So dry!!!! This is literally at least the 6th time this has happened. I'll complain and keep ordering from there though lmao
