Great food, always of good quality. Great people, always very friendly. I’m not sure if I have bad timing, but every time I’ve ordered from here it takes half an hour or more to get my sandwich and there’s consistently 15+ people waiting in the lobby. For a chain with freaky fast as its slogan, this location certainly seems to struggle with it. I wouldn’t directly fault the employees, it seems like potentially bad process or understaffing is causing issues.

This is the best Jimmy John’s and I am truly sorry to a couple other stores for saying that. Hayley made my sandwich so fast that I, quite frankly, wasn’t “freaked” out, I was almost in shock! All of the other staff were very helpful and friendly as well and the food was super tasty. Thank you 9th street!
The crew here is the best! They are kind and attentive, and make great sandwiches! The customer service is great, the food is fresh, and it’s always a good option for lunch downtown.
