The manager on the schedule yesterday, James, is easily the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in customer service. He never spoke to us when we ordered, he stared us right in the face while sipping on his drink and when asked questions barely would respond with a nod if that. He gave us the most annoyed looks and “service”. He didn’t even excuse himself the two or three times to answer the phone while he was getting our orders. There were 6 people in my group and every single one of us felt uncomfortable and bothered by how horribly we were treated by your “manager”. Then we overheard him be rude and argumentative with the staff who then left a hair in our sandwich. This was sadly a terrible customer service experience with a person who should know better as the “manager” to treat people with respect and at least some civility. It honestly ruined our lunch. Terrible customer service, you all might want to consider who you have in positions of management and ensure they have people skills as the face of your business.

this is my favorite Jimmy John's in the twin cities. never had a bad sandwich from this place, and the employees are all very nice

Front Desk

I ordered from DoorDash today, but unfortunately, the delivery experience left much to be desired. The delivery driver went on a lengthy rant about how we should order directly from Jimmy John's website instead of using DoorDash, even mentioning the risks they take to deliver food. This made me feel quite uncomfortable.
If a business chooses to partner with DoorDash, customers should feel free to use the service without being reprimanded. It doesn't make sense to discourage the use of a platform that the company itself supports.
On a positive note, the food was excellent as always. However, I would suggest considering a different delivery driver who won't make customers feel bad or contradict company policies.

This Jimmy John’s is awful. We ordered for delivery, waited for an hour, and then it said it was delivered but never showed up. We didn’t get our food or a refund. So frustrated and disappointed.

Been here a few times. Frustratingly slow and an infuriatingly inferior product each time. This place is so poorly run I will never come back. It took me almost 17 minutes to get a Caesar wrap this time!!!!! And it was very dry (obviously didn’t follow the corporate specs) for the few bites I got to eat before my involuntarily truncated lunch period was over. Ya’all suck! Figure it out.It doesn’t take a genius to realize how to organize a production line. Where do you position your slowest worker???? You only make a few things and your menu is limited. Why does it take almost 20 minutes?!?!?!?

Tried ordering online and have been tracking my order. Looks like it’s “been delivered” on the tracker, due to it saying “repeat order”. However I haven’t gotten my order and I have a note that says to call me when here. I have not gotten a call, and I’ve tried calling the store 7 times to figure out what’s going on but the line just keeps ringing and ringing… I have no idea what’s happening but this is beyond unacceptable. I’ve been waiting for over an hour and can’t get ahold of anyone!

Usually the best jj’s in Minneapolis as far as online order being ready fast and orders being made correctly. Yes sometimes they are slow during a lunch rush but that’s too be expected. Thanks for the usually fast service and free smells!
