Tried ordering online and have been tracking my order. Looks like it’s “been delivered” on the tracker, due to it saying “repeat order”. However I haven’t gotten my order and I have a note that says to call me when here. I have not gotten a call, and I’ve tried calling the store 7 times to figure out what’s going on but the line just keeps ringing and ringing… I have no idea what’s happening but this is beyond unacceptable. I’ve been waiting for over an hour and can’t get ahold of anyone!

Usually the best jj’s in Minneapolis as far as online order being ready fast and orders being made correctly. Yes sometimes they are slow during a lunch rush but that’s too be expected. Thanks for the usually fast service and free smells!

Ordered a #7 and requested no mayo and no onion. It came absolutely drenched in mayo. Just a disgusting amount. So much mayo that I’m writing my first restaurant review ever. I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to get a new sandwich. Also, no sandwich called a Spicy East Coast Italian should have mayo on it. Call it a Midwest Italian if you want to put mayo on it.

Ya know, its ok to be sitting down eating when your store has no customers, thats not a problem. But I walk in your putting food in your mouth,sitting at a booth and have touched who knows what. Then you get up , take my order and touch the register. Now you move to straight to your gloves. If you dont know that you should wash your hands first, before grabbing clean gloves with possible saliva and nasty germs on your hands......disgusting.and thats why i canceled my order.

I came here because I wanted a good sandwich and it was 99 degrees outside and I wanted to get out of the heat. After I got my sandwich I realized all the tables were marked Do not sit. I was the only one in the store and they would not let me sit it in the store with over ten empty tables. So instead I stood in the hallway outside the store and stood up and ate the sandwich while looking at the empty tables. The sandwich was good but common courtesy wasn't.
