Bad experiences as both an UberEats courier and as a civilian at the 600 Hennepin Ave location. Belligerent and slow service. As a courier have had them cancel my orders to give to their bicycle courier. I have also been asked to prepare fountain drinks, which against various sanitiation codes besides being lazy an their part. There are about half a dozen Jimmy John's in downtown Minneapolis, this one can easily be avoided. Also this one is in an area even more sketchy than usual for crime ridden downtown. I'd recommend the very professional location near USStadium at 720 South Third St, no long waits or delivery stealing.

I ordered by phone call and everything went smoothly. Employees were nice. It took awhile to get my food, but turned out that it was a miscommunication between the addresses. They remade the order and still gave us the first one. The delivery lady was very sweet, and noticed she ride to our apartment complex twice to try and find us. Bless her heart! For sure ordering from this store again. Thanks guys!

Great location, fresh subs, great customer service. Chana and her coworkers were great people and were very friendly and helpful. This is one of the most memorable experiences my family and I have ever had. They deserve a raise because they truly deserve it.

Rude on the phone taking order. Gave the address to the hotel and employee said delivery in 15 min. Waited 45 min I called back and they said oh yea you’re out of our delivery area. We are 5 min away walking distance. Lol good luck

i have placed pick up orders at this location through the jimmy john’s app about a dozen times. i place my order about 20 minutes before i get there and i have had it ready to pick up when i got there ONCE in all of those times. just today i placed the order at 5:50, and i didn’t arrive until 6:30 and it STILL wasn’t ready until 6:45. they made every order, including people who had ordered after i arrived before mine. i order this way for convenience on my walk home from work but am repeatedly let down with this particular shop. i’m done trying because it does not matter how far in advance you place the order.

I called again a half hour later and they said it would possibly be delivered in 30 minutes. It was all very confusing so I decided to go pick it up. Just not happy with the delivery service

Squeezed in at 5 minutes till closing and even though they were out of bread - 🥖 employees working found “wrap options” that worked for our group of four and even made sure we got that pickle! Manager take note - night crew deserves a raise - they handed over tasty food - in a timely fashion and with a smile ( yes we did leave a tip!) Thanks for letting us in - weary out of state travelers in need of a meal! Thanks! Sorry no pics - we were too hungry!
