This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this store, their hours are not consistent they have children working that close the store 15 minutes before the posted times, extremely disappointed every time.

Made a order for curbside - and i waited for 25 minutes. As for people like me who only have a 30 min break and also order ahead of time. The service was too slow. They need more people. Been here a few times and this never happen. I took it as just one of those busy days. I was hungry and upset.

Folks here are rude to customers. If you ask questions, you might get snapped on. They also don’t update their pick up orders after they have been prepared. Won’t return to this location.
The female staff who answered the phone as I attempted to place a delivery order. Rude, unfriendly, poor customer service. I can only hope this was not normal for her but I wouldn't hold my breath.

I was in the store during the Timberwolves Block party, and your team is AMAZING! Please remind them how awesome they are. The guy at the register was visibly overwhelmed, but maintained composure. I felt so bad. The store was busy, but they were cranking out sandwiches faster than any other JJ’s I’ve been to on a slow day! The team worked quickly and well together. They deserve recognition as the night was overwhelmingly busy. You’ve got a great and professional team and I appreciate their great customer service in the midst of chaos!
