Without a doubt in my 40 years the absolute worst customer service I have ever had.
First impression when we walk in is the immediate blasting of gangster music so loud we couldn't even talk to the lady behind the counter.
And the lady behind the counter is the most vile woman I've ever seen servicing customers. (In case you go in she is the one that walks with a limp, probably back issues).
Didn't even acknowledge me.
After 10 or more minutes I asked how much longer for our sandwiches and she was sternly told there are online orders while sandwiches are stacking up on the counter.
The Jimmy John's franchise has a lot to answer for this location.
Ive been to plenty of Jimmy John's that I would gladly give 5 stars, but given the location this has, I'd expect more than we received.

The lady that worked on Saturday was belligerent and rude. She didn’t care about customer service, blasted the music super loud, and ultimately didn’t care about anyone other than herself. Will never come here again. $25 for two sandwiches and it took her 40 minutes to make them. She screamed at us over and over. The worst customer service ever. - stars if I could.
Sandwich was pretty good, very speedy service. The menu can be confusing but the staff helped me figure out what I wanted.

This is a great location in my experience. Once or twice I've had order issues, but they have redelivered promptly. Thanks team!

I ordered a Turkey Tom which has lettuce, tomatoes, condiments and turkey and the guy gave me a completely bare sandwich. Just turkey and bread. Absolutely diabolical. Im all for headphones at work but make sure you can actually work while wearing them.

After paying in cash the person who took my money maid my sandwich with ought washing their hand or changing their gloves.
This place seems like a health hazard.
Not sure how you miss the big “No lettuce” there but ok. Also forgot the crispy onions ?

Same kinda thing as the other reviews. You can walk in during a busy time and people are just sitting around talking. Most of the JJ stores in the general area suffer from this. Just speculation but I’ve a feeling this is because the franchise owners treat employees horrendously. Both locations by UMN are terrible. And this one is the cherry on top.
Food and restaurant is fine, service is just not there unfortunately. Nearly never greeted with a smile or hello, usually just a blank stare when you walk up to the counter. I stopped going to Noodles and Co across the street for the same reason, which brought me to coming here instead. It's not a great experience getting food somewhere that makes you feel like you're being an inconvenience for coming in.

I have given this location 3 or 4 chances... three too many if you ask me. First issue- they lock the doors during business hours and claim to be out of so many things and "not taking orders" for walk-in customers, although you can see them fulfilling online orders and making sandwiches. Second issue- when they are out of ingredients, they don't notify the customer and instead just make the sandwich (minus what they're out of) and hand it to you (like they did tonight). I ordered a Vito and got a turkey sub. The Vito doesn't even have turkey. Third issue- the customer service sucks. The employees don't acknowledge you when you walk in and when they are taking your order, you can tell they either hate their job or life itself. Fourth issue- when they aren't doing anything, expect to see someone on their phone and the other employee with their feet up on one of the dining room tables or chairs. Fifth issue- the dining room is disgusting! The employees don't clean regularly. There is often food all over the tables and floors. Who is the manager of this location? They should be ashamed of themselves. Go to another location, trust me!
