Listed as open, came by at 6:10. Closed per note on door. Not cool, I spent 20 minutes walking for no food.

The staff was rocking out the best they could when I came in towards the end of a busy lunch push. They were very kind and deserve some recognition for keeping up the energy in a rough industry

Recently I stopped in about 30 minutes before closing. The only other person there was the employee, who seemed out of it. He came out from the back and started interacting with the register, standing right in front of me. He didn't speak as I was waiting to have my order taken. After a minute I offered a friendly "hello" and he neither looked at me nor acknowledged my existence. Then he just started to make a sandwich. I eventually left with no food. How rude to be completely ignored like that. I went home and filled out a form regarding this incident right after it happened and there was no response.
I visited this location (2037 Riverside in Minneapolis) during my lunch break today at 2pm hoping to use the new promo to "make it a combo for free". I was serviced by DeeDee at the front, who had headphones in while she took my order (not that big a deal to me). I was not greeted, she just stood there waiting for me to order. I placed my order and she gave me a total of $16 and some change. I pointed at the sign and asked if it included the combo deal? She said yes. After my card was ran, i stated i did not believe it applied, and she stared at the receipt. At that point, I just said, "don't worry about it", as I wanted to get back to the office. Once my order was ready, the sandwich and kickin' ranch sauce was handed to me, even though I stated "to go". I then asked about the bottled water and she goes, "it's in the front". I just wanted to get out of there at that point because of the complete lack of customer service from Dee Dee. I did not want to let it ruin my day. It was by far the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I love Jimmy John's, but I will never return to this location again. The credit I can give, is to the cleanliness of the establishment, and Dee Dee did actually make my sandwich well, but she is in DIRE need of some customer service training. I have worked in customer service for 17 years, and even managed a Dairy Queen for 10, and I have never seen such bad customer service. I urge the management staff at this location to train her immediately, or let her go before she affects business. If I could give Dee Dee 0/5, I would.

I ordered my sandwich for delivery before my noon lunch break. It has been two hours, and still no sandwich has arrived. I called multiple times, and while offered to cancel my order with a refund, I really just wanted my lunch, as I don't have time to go anywhere else to get lunch today :(. I talked to them after an hour wait, and they said a sandwich would be "on its way." No sightings yet (and no refund). But, my co-worker who ordered after me from the same store did get their sandwich already.
The food was good. Maps said I was there. I was a street over. Parking isn't great. But the staff were very nice.

Double charged me on my order took three months to figure that out and they never got my money back. Please do not eat at this place if you can.

This store is excellent. Ive been ordering from this location for 5 years now. They make a great sandwich and they've never done me wrong. When there's been a mix up they've always corrected it as soon as possible, and everyone who works there, including delivery is so kind and really chill. To those who've had an issue- it helps to call in and be kind when you present an issue that needs resolving. Youll sure catch more flies with honey then vinegar. My order usually gets here well before I expect it, and when it isn't that's because we live in Minnesota and delivery is on bike braving the snow. Can't fault nobody for that! It never hurts to tip extra extra those days.I love this location. So if anybody who works there sees this review- Ayyye there friends! You're doing a good job. The service industry is rough but a lot of us got your backs.

I know you can’t expect your sandwich to look like the website, but seriously… this is the saddest excuse for a Cuban sandwich. Flat, hard, stale bread (seriously, I’ve had better “day old” bread) with barely any toppings. There is no way that any conscientious worker could have put that in a bag and said, that’s a great sandwich. It was delivered, so there’s no way to fix it. The best thing I can say about it: it was edible. Certainly not worth $15. Live and learn.
