I'm here for work from Florida and I've had the best experience ever in a Jimmy John's restaurant. Upon walking in I noticed how clean the place was and I was immediately greeted by the staff which let's me know they're customer service oriented. While I looked at the menu the two young ladies sold me the Kickin Ranch Chicken Wrap which was amazing. Their smiles and personalities made me want to sit here and eat instead of taking it to go. Thank you for the experience, your staff and establishment is amazing.

Rude employees, especially the manager on duty. Very disrespectful. Everytime i order from here, somethings always missing. Not hard to double check orders. If you can't be respectful in a customer service setting, find something different. Nobody is making you be there! Spend your money and energy else where! Riverside Jimmy Johns is much MUCH better!

came here with a group of friends, workers were very stressed & rude. Didn’t know their own menu items, made sandwiches wrong, waited to “restock” mayo for 8 total minutes for one sandwich??????? best part of it Kiera very rude worker told us we couldn’t use the bathroom unless we gave her a cash tip because it was too much to deal with for her WOW! side note all 8 of us bought food so not like we were just using them for the bathroom

Love this JJ’s. They handle the lunch rush flawlessly. There seems to be a manager at the counter during the rush, and they know how to delegate and communicate! #7 with mustard is bomb af

Tried to have a sandwich delivered to 515 Delaware. Got one text "I'm in the lobby" 1 minute later I'm at the lobby. Delivery person left l, brought my sandwich back to the store. ?? Never again! How about some patients!

Very bland sandwich, comparable to their service. At this location, the front and side doors were both locked. Jimmy John's claimed to offer the option to dine in or do delivery/online pickup orders. The worker just kinda stared at us as me and my wife stood by the door, gesturing for us to be let in. Keep in mind, they haven't closed yet so they should still be accepting orders. Me and my wife decided we would just place an online pickup order and figure out the issue with the door later. So, we placed the order and walked around while we were waiting for it to be ready. Before it was ready, we double checked the doors just to make sure they were actually locked and we weren't just stupid. They were still locked with a worker still inside. Fast forward to when our order is finished. We go to the front door and it opens. Huhhhhhhhhh. Are we going crazy? Idk. Anyways, we eat our sandwiches and they are just so incredibly mid. Very bland. I asked for pickles on my sandwich, there was a total of 3 pickles, all of which were sliced very thin. All in all, I really don't think Jimmy John's, as a corporation, cares about the quality of their ingredients and the taste of their sandwiches :(

I take no pleasure in having walked into the store on Wednesday, May 17th with a last minute request for an approximately 25 person order, and all that during the lunch rush!And yet, the team (Alexis, GM Shamia, and the whole crew) performed beyond expectation. I received many thanks from the meeting attendees on the timeliness of receiving their orders, that it pretty much matched what had been sent to another caterer who didn't show up, and that the meals were delicious.I can't say thank you enough for the "Freaky Fast" performance of the crew at 219 SE Oak St on the U of M campus. It will not be forgotten!

Good place my step daughter is having trouble with speaking shes has a lisps when she speaks and so am trying to teach her its ok to take a second and gather her self so she can speak as best she can and to feel comfortable speaking in public and the casher working that day was awesome at understanding her and most of all having patient some times that's all it takes is a lil patience

I had the opportunity to chat with one of the managers here for a class project, and it was awesome hearing from them about their commitment to building a good culture (not only for customers, but also for the employees). It made me appreciate the atmosphere and staff at this sandwich shop about twice as much as I already did. Also, good food! They keep getting new, fun stuff to try.

I can’t bring my kid in a sandwich shop!? The lady was very nice but the music was very inappropriate. Would have been very say if I brought my little girl in.
