If you want to waste $18 plus dollars for $3 worth of gnocchi and a meatball that tastes more like a baseball than this is the place to order from. $7 for a piece of “garlic bread” that is almost indelible. Probably the top 5Worse places I’ve ever ordered from. Took an hour and a half for food….on a Monday. Honestly your food isn’t worth waiting 15 minutes for more less over and hour and a half. Never again for sure!!

Food was good. Bread was awesome! Love the food hall vibe. Service was awesome! A bit spendy for basically upscale food court though.

Smallest portion of spaghetti for 18$ I’ve ever seen. Good but come on.Edited to say the gaslighting of “your fault you didn’t say something” is even worse. I had ordered it for my 6 yo and she looked at me like I was joking. Went home and made more spaghetti for my 6 yo bc it was so tiny. Please respond with “so sorry that happened let’s fix it next time” instead of “so sorry you FEEL that way.” It wasn’t a feeling it was literally not a big enough portion for a 6 yo little girl. ?

Painfully midFood is overpriced and is very bland, drinks are overpriced, portion sizes are small as hell. I could have gotten better food at a gas station. Very cheugy environment , so good place for millennials. I’m surprised Joey’s meatballs is still in business. No wonder they charge the 18% surcharge. The marinara was like spaghettio sauce, so so liquidy. Only thing that made it tolerable was a load of salt and pepper, because it tasted like nothing without it. However, at $20 for a bowl of spaghetti with ONE meatball, you can’t waste it. Sat like a rock in my tummy. Oh well!

Pasta was cooked well, but the meatballs were not great for a place called Joey Meatballs. Too 'solid' (if you know you know)...kinda tasted like a frozen meatball reheated from costco. And very expensive for the serving. Only one ok meatball and barely a teaspoon of ricotta.

Gnocchi is so good you might want seconds! Location: The Market at Malcom Yards

Very odd experience, manager/owner was on the phone taking orders at the counter while yelling to someone about his order. They way he talked to the person was so extremely rude. If I wanted a call Bo Diego experience I would of stayed in NYC.I’m positive that he wouldn’t want me talking to him or his staff that way.Normally I don’t post negative reviews but no one should be talked to that way.

NEVER again! $43 for two pasta dishes (3/10 quality food) and a Diet Coke. Mandatory 18.5% hospitality charge and nowhere to sit! We stood while we eat! We will be eating anywhere else!

Was very disappointed! Both me and my son had the ravioli and my daughter shrimp scampi. Ravioli out of a can would of been better. My daughter could not eat the shrimp they tasted off. Not often we get out for a family get away. Food is always a thing we look forward to. No where near the $60 we paid for 3 meals. Do not recommend!

I was trying to order from the Roseville store online. They were supposed to be open till 6pm. When I tried to order ahead at 430, it wouldn’t allow me to make an online order. So I tried calling. One number was a dead number and another just rang to voicemail. I tried calling multiple times with no success. Since I know the mall is open till 6, I tried going there in person. They were clearly open but there was no human being there to talk to—just electronic kiosks for ordering. So I ordered and sat there and waited for my order instead of just being able to pick it up the way I wanted. Finally, my order was ready and a young woman packaged it up for me. I asked her why I wasn’t able to order online an hour and a half before they were supposed to close and she said they just decided to turn off online ordering because they were slow and we’re probably going to close early. I asked if it is their typical practice to close earlier than their publish time just because they wanted to go home. She said that it was indeed typical for them. All I have to say is if you are going to own a business then maybe learn to have the commitment to stay open during the hours that you say you’re going to be open and maybe answer your phone. Super unprofessional.

At the Roseville location. Had The Ravioli with meatballs. Tasted like Throw up paid $25.60 for it.

This chicken looks disgusting! This salad was not cheap either! I have never had dark meat put on a salad

Nope. Meatballs were cold, ravioli was mediocre. Probably won’t try again - why waste my money??

This food is absolutely delicious! The Meatballs Are delicious, and I highly recommend the Truffle Butter dish. Possibly the best pasta I've ever eaten, and it's all homemade on site, even the pasta!!! The Best! And a really friendly owner who was there making our food.

Joey has given me no reason to go to a fancy Italian joint. Pasta dishes are quality and indulgent. A bit spendy, but worth the treat!
