Went on a sunny Friday afternoon. It wasn't busy which was surprising. The three of us all got different salads and they were delicious and filling. The service was fantastic. We got to sit at the Mary Tyler Moore table. It's a nice, upscale lunch place and loved the overall atmosphere.

We reserved a spot for topgolf suite, and we were very excited to have some drinks and play some video games. We ordered drinks and an appetizer and tried to start playing The simulator was not calibrated properly ( the image was partially off-screen, were only able to use a small portion of the mat, the system was not registering hits properly, and it wouldn't detect the ball properly our server/ host-er-ess-? Had no knowledge of how to set up or fix the issue) the first game worked okay(with issues) clubs were not in good repair and were too short to use comfortably Drinks were reasonable Found a hair in our spinach dip( it was replaced no hassle We were pretty aggravated at this point. We had enough after fighting with the machine for 25 minutes and the bad tech support we ordered another round of drinks and told the help that we were done messing around and would like to be served at a table where we never received any service after 20 mins of waiting for something to acknowledge us we left... charges were made to our room ...... not a good first impression

I made a reservation and went to Jolliet with my date just to find that it was closed. There was no sign on the door to explain why and the hours on the door showed it should still be open. I talked to the hotel employee who told me that they make the call to close when it's slow. I can empathize with that situation but then you have to update your online hours and you have to close off your OpenTable reservations. And I bet I wasn't the only one who paid for parking and went in to the hotel only to be disappointed.

The service was the absolute worst I have experienced in a restaurant ever. There were a total of two tables, mine and one other, totaling 6 guests and it took over 30 minutes for drinks to arrive, over an hour for appetizers and another hour for mains. On top of the ridiculous wait times our server, Jennifer did not check back in to refresh drinks on see if we had any needs while waiting. We literally had to search her out to receive our check after being down there for over two hours and desperately wanting to get back to our room. The food was not great and not as described in the menu. A very basic burger being advertised as Waygu. Mayo being passed off as aoil. Unseasoned and sweet tasting French Onion soup. Shrimp Scampi pasta that tasted like sand and was gritty. It has decent decor, but the subpar food and horrendous service ruined our night.

We had a lovely dinner before our concert at Bank Stadium. Both of our entrees- beef short ribs and walleye were delicious. Servers were attentive and efficient. We look forward to dining here again when we are in town.

We had 5 o'clock reservations , it took over 30 minutes to get our look-warm appetizer . Finally at 6:40 we told another waiter to cancel our order as we had the Billy Joel tickets. 2 minutes later our food was brought out and we said please bring us to go boxes and the check. We Were waited on or checked on maybe 3 times during our visit. We watched 3 tables get up and leave because nobody came to them. Very disappointed.... The restaurant wasn't that busy. You have Great potential!!! Food was good.

We were there on a Saturday night around 6:00 and there were barely any diners there. I'm not sure why - it's a great location and the ambience was very relaxed. We really enjoyed it. The food was good, the server was very attentive and we were big fans of the location. The Crystal Court was mostly deserted but it was still cool to be inside the IDS tower. We live in Mpls so we're familiar with and have been in the IDS, but this was a new experience. I would definitely recommend it!

We reserve the Top Golf suite via open table for 8:30AM. When we walked into restaurant, we were not greeted by anyone and did not know where to go. I ended up finding a server to ask, he knew where the suite was but did not give us any instructions on what to do next. After waiting 10+ minutes I had to go ask someone to assist us in getting it ready, and was then told that the space was reserved for a wedding group from another employee shouting from near the back of house. Wedding group wasn't in there until 10AM so we were "OK" to stay. It was a very off putting interaction. We "utilized" what was on the buffet which was nothing great nor did it match the online menu. Other than getting the Top Golf game started, no one ever came by our group to grab dishes or see how things were going, I even had to go find someone to get our bill. Would not dine here again.

Only 1 server when the restaurant opened and he seemed busy. He also shared it was his first day on his own. Asked to remake espresso martini that didn't taste right and it still came back unsatisfactory. We were then charge for that drink and had to ask for a correction on our bill. Ok food, not corrected

We showed up and the doors were locked. We went downstairs to inquire why our reservations was accepted and confirmed and they were oblivious. One of the hotel employees stated they, "must have just gone home."

The best thing about our reservation was the service. I forgot the servers name but she was also closing and was just phenomal. She deserves a raise and was just easy to deal with.

We had just arrived from out of town, and we were blown away. I had the filet mignion and my gf had the walleye both were cooked to perfection. Our server Crystal was wonderful and very responsive, and consistently checked in on use. It was a great place to eat.
