Food sometimes is inconsistent. I always order the tofu try pot with vegetables. Sometimes I feel that the tofu amount differs heavily. Good spot if you’re craving some Chinese food nearby.

The Szechuan dumplings and beef and broccoli were delicious. Iced tea tasted fresh. If you get a dish with lots of sauce, don't tip the to-go containers or they will leak through the lip of the lid.

Pros:
My server/bartender was helpful and friendly, and the dumplings were great. The cocktail I got was unique and tasty.

Cons:
Two small items + a drink + tip was almost $50.
I got food poisoning from the dumpling soup (smelled and tasted strange but I was so hungry I ignored it) that is taking me multiple days to recover from.

I was really hopeful this place was gonna be good, but given my experience, I won't be back and can't recommend it.

Used way too much soy sauce on the dishes we ordered.

Stopped in for dinner with my boyfriend, we both liked our drinks and our service was great. One of our favorite repeat spots to go. The beef noodle soup is one of my favorites, I missed it on this outing.

Dan Dan noodles are a must.

As well as the Szechuan Dumplings were phenomenal.

The Chong Qing Spicy Chicken was mediocre at best.

With its spot-on Szechuan Chinese food near the heart of North Loop, Jun showcases wok-fired Szechuan dishes, dim sum and signature dumplings made from family recipes. I was very impressed by the mushroom dish and spicy wings; everything we ordered was delicious though. The atmosphere was modern and inviting, and staff were attentive. I look forward to being back.

I am from New Jersey, just came to visit family and friends in Minneapolis, coming almost every year. Love authentic Chinese food. Been all over east coast, especially New York City metropolitan area to try good Chinese restaurants, just love the taste. Have been going to Jun's since 2018, it has never disappointed me so far. It offers excellent authentic Chinese recipes. And my favorite dishes are Szechuan dumpings, Dan Dan noodles and Farmer's chicken. The atmosphere and service have been great to me. Moreover, I will be definitely back as always. ✌👍👌

Food is just spicy not much else. The staff is rude and unpleasant. Inside is pretty but the table was sticky and gross. Drink wait time was long. Not worth the money and time. Also if you’re disabled not accessible at all. Only stair access.

We had dinner with a group of 10 for my husbands birthday. Lori was our server. She was very friendly, fast and got everyone's special dietary orders prepared exactly how we requested which I know isn't easy! She explained the menu and recommended the dumplings, the Lazy Shrimp and the Farm Chicken to my husband and I. They were, just as she said delicious! If you have a big party ask for Lori! She was so patient and friendly she just made the night! We will be back for the next family Bday bash!

The service was absolutely outstanding. Our server Miguel attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. He went above and beyond — offering thoughtful recommendations, checking in at just the right times, and making sure every detail of our meal was perfect.

Came here with a few friends and had a great experience. The food was delicious and the service made it even better. Miguel took really good care of us. He was attentive, friendly, and made solid recommendations. Everything ran smoothly thanks to him. We’ll definitely be coming back.
