I was looking for a breakfast food truck to cater to our team at work, and I found the perfect solution. The challenge was that we needed coverage for early hours. I needed them to serve from 5 AM to 8 AM, and they absolutely nailed it. We had Chelsea and the crew out for our Spirit Week event...options were fabulous (either breakfast burrito or breakfast sandwich)!! Both gluten free and vegetarian options were available. The handheld options were great for the grab and go ease. I wish I would have planned for more...so we didn't run out! :( I highly recommend Kabomelette for a fun, delicious food truck!!
Vegetarian options: I was told that the vegetarian burrito was absolutely delicious!!! It had lots of great veggies!!

We have used the food truck for one party, and open air omelet bar for the other. The truck was nice, but open air cooking was hands down our favorite. Guests enjoyed watching their food being prepared, and interacting with Chelsie and her crew! We will definitely use them again!
