If I wanted a side of snark with my meal, I would have gone to McDonald's. Complaining about not getting a tip for LITERALLY just taking someone's order is just incredibly pathetic and rude. The food is already overpriced, not to mention mediocre at best. There's no need to have an attitude on top of everything else. If you don't want to work there, then why bother even showing up? I wasn't the only person they were rude to either. Sounds like every other customer was getting sneered at by him. Honestly, don't even bother. Not worth the long wait, the extortionate pricing, or the disgruntled staff adding actual insult to injury. I would say they could try to do better, but I really don't think they can. If you're at the convention center, do yourself a massive favor and order food to be delivered instead. There are plenty of local restaurants that would be more than happy to take your order.

We have used Kelber Catering, at the Minneapolis convention center for V.I.P. night for the Minneapolis Boat Show. The food and bar set up were perfect for our evening. They have helped us for the past three years, and our server, rep. Dan was great. I will use them in the again.
