Good food, nice atmosphere. Our server didn't rush us as we were visiting relatives.

You guys need to fix your DoorDash listing. I ordered the clubhouse sandwich. Which is pictured with fries. But I was forced to pay more for them, even though it says on your website that they come with the sandwich. It was a very small side too. If I’m paying for a side of fries, I expect more than 4 to 6 ounces. My sandwich also came on ciabatta, not on the traditional toast, which was pictured. You should adjust the photo so peoples expectations are met. Leaving three stars because I order from you guys a lot and it’s usually delicious! Just wanted to make you aware. Thank you.

After a previous visit to the Keys Cafe in St. Paul, we were excited to go to the Minneapolis Keys cafe. Soooo disappointing. We were two of four people in the place, with about 8 workers standing around... visiting and B.S.ing..So you would think that our basic breakfasts would be easy to manage.. But....the hashbrowns for both of us were burnt...My biscuit s and gravy were nasty. Instead of a normal biscuit, there were two flat pancake like things that were used..They had a cinnamon flavor in it, which clashed with the gravy...UGH! We will be sticking to the St. Paul Keys from now on...

My eggs, bacon, and pancake were delicious. The staff made me feel very welcome. I felt sad it wasn't busier. This restaurant deserves more love and support.

It's not sublime, but it's good. I went 3 times on my last trip to MN. Big portions, wide variety on the menu. I loved the potatoes etc. for breakfast, At lunch I had the DELICIOUS turkey rice soup and the hot vegetable sandwich, also good. I also liked the fact that the full menu was available all day, and the Cobb salad was good, just maybe not for breakfast lol. Coffee is hit-or-miss, and I guess costs less at the counter? At either $4.25 or $5.00, it felt like too much.

Vegetarian options: Not for vegans, but almost any type of vegetarian can probably get a nice meal. I *think that they have 2 kinds of veggie" burger, impossible and a less processed offering.

The bartender had too much work to do for one person. For Sunday brunch time, he should not be the only person in the packed bar area. He was nice and did the best he could to keep up, but he looked overworked and was absolutely overwhelmed by the amount of work he had to do, which made the experience not pleasant.

My omelette was delicious. But I couldn’t believe there weren’t caramel or cinnamon rolls in the bakery case—that’s one of the reasons people come to a Key’s in the Twin Cities.

Overall, I was disappointed. This place was a mess and the staff was tired, inattentive, and sparse.

Also, I’m disappointed in seeing some of the replies by the manager in some of these very concerning Google reviews. I hope the manager takes cues and improves the customer experience.

So sad; I used to love breakfast here! The food was bland, not hot, and the staff indifferent.

Great food, but get the waitress to write down the order. There were some mixups. The decor of the foshay is stunning if you are an architecture buff. It's from the 1920's. Deco finishes and this was once the tallest building in Minneapolis.
