I ordered a 3 piece hot. Chicken combo. It was supposed to have two thighs and a drum. They put a dry breast A thigh and a burnt wing in my food. You can tell that the folks that work in that store don't care about anything but a check. My food was cold and absolutely disgusting. They should fire everybody in there. They also gave me original recipe. When I asked specifically for hot and spicy. If you are looking for a disappointing overly priced burnt meal thats cold, this is the place for you.

The service was terrible. I'm Latina and don't speak English very well. The girl who served me was very rude because she didn't understand my order. I went to the counter, and she gave us the order, but not the receipt. I asked for the receipt, and she got angry and slammed the counter hard. We don't deserve this service because we don't speak English.

This shit was horrible, coworkers making out in their car infront of the store, closed at 5:30 because they ran out of chicken but still at store at 9pm, wouldn’t help me out with my online order, just straight up horrible. If we could give negative stars we would.

Ordered food and was supposed to get a free 8 piece, employee was rude and didn’t have my bucket after I already purchased the sides(online) she said everyone keeps coming in and saying that but she doesn’t know anything about the online ordering and is not giving my the bucket because it will mess up her inventory….pfftt what??? And it was dirty in there! Never again! Now I got sides and no chicken lol.

I would actually give this restaurant a zero stars. I spent $48 plus I got a free bucket. I ordered online went to go pick it up. All my food was in there. I don’t know why I didn’t check the chicken box but the food was horrible. The chicken was soggy. It was old not edible. couldn’t eat it at all and if I would’ve paid for that bucket, I would’ve definitely got my money back so good thing about that but the mail itself that I got with the other chicken was also bad only thing to me was good was the drinks and biscuits that’s unacceptable and they have poor behavior. They are very inappropriate there. I believe the manager is the Heavyset woman and she is so rude. Customer service is bad when I picked up my order half of the stuff wasn’t even in the bag I had to tell her this is wrong. This is wrong. Did she act like I was lying It’s a very uncomfortable scene and I don’t see that lasting. You thought White castle was bad. This is the worst restaurant in Minnesota as far as food and it’s dirty. I don’t even look like they wash up let alone wash their hands fire everybody to start over.

The employees eat all the original chicken. NO MATTER THE PIECE OF CHICKEN. I swear. I bought a 2 piece chicken combo. Specifically says a Thigh, drum. Guess what I got? 2 wings. Mr. Colonial Sanders I am not mad at you. Just at who you thought would be a good employee. At this location. Never going to this location.

The chicken was soggy and poorly seasoned, the fries were soggy and old, the skin on the chicken wasn't even crispy...thats normally the best part and I literally had to pull with my teeth to try and break a piece off?? The biscuit was okay, its a biscuit. The mashed potato and gravy were putrid. Honestly the only thing making it edible was the sauces which were hard carrying and the limited time Mountain Dew Peaches and Cream drink.
Do not come to this KFC. I dont know if kfc in general has just gone downhill or if its this specific one, but I will never come back to kfc in general now.

There's no tellers, just a thick glass partition like you would see in a bank. All takeout orders are done with a computer in the waiting area if you don't order through the app or use the drive-thru. It's terrible to see how much this city has changed in the past few years. Seems like there are more and more bullit proof barriers and everything is locked up now. Too bad.
