There's no tellers, just a thick glass partition like you would see in a bank. All takeout orders are done with a computer in the waiting area if you don't order through the app or use the drive-thru. It's terrible to see how much this city has changed in the past few years. Seems like there are more and more bullit proof barriers and everything is locked up now. Too bad.
The service isn't very good from the person serving. I wanted honey to go with my chicken, but they wouldn't give it to me because I had to pay for it. It's in bad taste at Popeyes; they give away all kinds of sauces.
Initially I was going to leave a one star review after a couple bad experiences a couple months ago. Basically I have learned that the day crew is cooler than the night crew. The day crew is nice and food has been amazing last couple times.
The night crew inside window person has been rude a couple different times. I’m not one to complain ever and seeing other reviews I see it’s common.
