Cream Cheese Wonton
Hoành thánh chiên. Golden brown wontons stuffed with sweet Philadelphia cream cheese served with sweet and sour.
Five Spice Wings
Cánh gà chiên ngũ vị. Twice fried chicken wings tossed in a sweet five spice glaze, garnished with garlic chips, shallot crisps, scallions, and cilantro.
Sweet and Sour Wings
Cánh gà chua ngọt. Twice fried chicken wings tossed in a sticky sweet and sour glaze, garnished with fried lime leaf, garlic chips, shallots crisps, scallions and cilantro.

Main
Shaken Beef
Bò Lúc Lắc. Stir-fried sirloin over steamed jasmine rice, served with house soy sauce vinaigrette with a side of leaf lettuce, seasoned tomatoes, garnished with scallions and cilantro.
Caramelized Spare Ribs
Sườn ram mặn. Baby back ribs braised in a fried shallot, garlic caramel broth over steamed jasmine rice, topped with pork fat sauce, a seasoned egg, cabbage slaw, garnished with scallions and cilantro.
5 Spice Tofu
Đậu hủ ngũ vị. Crispy fried tofu in our house 5 spice glaze over steamed jasmine rice, with a side of Vietnamese style kimchi, garnished with fried lemongrass, chilis, scallions, and cilantro.

Khue's kitchen is a separate, but partnered kitchen INSIDE Brava bar (I did a separate review for Brava Bar).The atmosphere is sophisticated, modern-vintage. The Lo-fi urban music is plays in the background at just the right decimals.If you enjoy asian cuisine, you will absolutely love the food. One of the best things about the food is the PRICE.I ordered the chili crunch wings. It came out steaming but it was not too hot to dig in right away.Let me tell you, that first bite...

I had put off going here as they have a pretty small menu, but that was a mistake. The chicken sandwich is absolutely amazing! The chef talked me into ordering the pork belly bao buns, which were also fantastic. If you haven't been here, you are missing out. The food is amazing!!! I'll be back to try the ribs.

Food is fantastic! This is inside Bar Brava.Loved the five spice tofu (a bit odd with tofu - wish they had this with chicken or pork instead) and short rib.Desserts are fantastic, it was adorable to see the chefs watch us try the lychee and jackfruit panna cotta.Looks like they change their menu pretty often - I'm excited to come back to try more!
