This place is an easy 5/5! The food and ambience are truly unmatched. From the moment we sat down, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting—perfect for a cozy date night.

The pot stickers were to die for, perfectly crisp on the outside with a flavorful filling that melted in your mouth. I paired my meal with a glass of Pinot Noir that was fruity, light, and finished smooth, while my date enjoyed a cold Sapporo, which complemented the dishes beautifully.

Beyond the food and drinks, the service was attentive without being overbearing, and the timing of each course felt just right. The relaxed vibe, great flavors, and thoughtful details made the evening feel special. I would absolutely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a romantic evening or a memorable night out.

The atmosphere (especially the lighting) is lovely. The foods affordable compared to other similar places. Worth popping in!

I've been getting sushi here for years and have never been disappointed! Always fresh and delicious. I usually do take out but recently dined in for a date night. We were there for happy hour and the deals on drinks, appetizers, and rolls were great! Service was fast and friendly. Our drinks and apps came out super quick! Will absolutely be coming back for happy hour again!!

I must have ordered take out from here over 100 times. Their sushi is consistently delicious, perfectly coocked rice. I have tried most of their menu and have nothing but compliments.

Let me just start off with saying our server was great and sweet. But the food was terrible. Discovered flies in the soy sauce and one had gotten onto my sashimi before I realized… ordered shrimp tempura and cracked one open to find it had not been deveined. Each shrimp was like that. Every time I come, the sushi is gross and fish isn’t fresh at all.
The drinks and service is good but sadly, I’d steer clear of any of the food:(

Worst experience in a Sushi place ever. I wanted to go somewhere nice to have dinner and trusted this place closes at 23:00 . I arrived there at 22:05 and the lady warned upfront (not in a nice way) that it was just for take out. The food was ready super quickly and she didn’t allow me to stay and eat my food (22:18). There were still other 3 groups of people seated. I’m from out of town and this is not the hospitality I expected. Very disappointing experience. Would never come back here for dinner

Service was fantastic--attentive and friendly. I loved the atmosphere, due to the low lighting and the moody colors; however, the music cranked up super high at 7:00, which made conversation difficult. Everyone in my group liked the food; my only gripe is that my sesame chicken was super salty, which made other flavors in less complex. I want to return, however, and check out the sushi, which looked amazing! Prices were higher than I anticipated, also.

I really wanted to give the food 5 stars. I'm so honestly nice and I know how hard restaurants work, but I literally spent over $180 and I just have to throw everything out. We should've just went to a chinese buffet. I'm not saying this place is bad, I'm just saying I should've gone fast food. Take that how you want to.

Unhelpful, and rude customer service. Would not suggest to others. There are other sushi spots in the area.

For years, this restaurant USED to be our favorite place to eat. Tonight the experience was absolutely HORRIBLE. The food tasted old, spoiled, mushy and greasy. The shrimp was not cleaned properly. We sent back 2 of the dishes.
The manager returned with the food in his hands and was incredibly rude, pushing the dishes in our faces (I had to ask him to get the bowl out of my face) he was yelling and causing a scene. He proceeded to tell us that no one ever complains about the food. He left and returned still yelling, clapping his hands in our faces and told us to leave.
The employees were so apologetic, but not the manager. I haven’t ever been verbally assaulted by anyone working in a restaurant before, and it was so bad I feel like others should know what happened.
I would not eat here again. The manager was so out of line and I do not feel like the food is safe to eat.

I would give them no stars if I could.

Great restaurant! Always amazing service and you can tell they put care into what they cook. Our favorites have been the zombie rolls and the general tso chicken. Drinks are very reasonably priced as well. Support them during the Hennepin construction!

Dietary restrictions: My wife has a dairy and nut allergy. They were very accommodating and made her feel safe.
