The food is phenomenal, I came here twice during my 3 days trip to Minnesota. The service is quick and efficient, the Ramen is one of the best I had. I will definitely come back again.

The last time I visited it was packed so we ended up ordering to go. I really liked the tteokbokki so I figured I’d try and dine in.

I got the opportunity to take an early lunch on Friday so I decided to go to Kimchi Tofu House. I got there at about 11 right when they open. I wasn’t the first one in and around 11:30 all the tables were filled.

Hiding down a side-street, Korean Tofu Kitchen is definitely a hole-in-the-wall restaurant. Walking in, especially during the busy hours, the crowded atmosphere is right in your face. Limited and tight seating make navigating a little bit of an awkward endeavor, not only for the patrons but the servers too. Despite the packed restaurant, it’s evident that the food is good enough to warrant a line and I saw several patrons waiting for a seat to open up. I myself grabbed takeout.
