I have to couch this review in saying that I went at a time where the pub was dead quiet. Looking around the area with its hard surfaces I cannot vouch for how loud it might be during a busy time. That disclaimer aside, our party had wonderful, attentive service. There to help but not too invasive I had the fish and chips and I swear, short of a London chippy place, it was the best fish and chips I've had in the States. .
I had a fantastic experience at Kip’s. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with that classic Irish pub charm — cozy, lively, and perfect for both casual dinners or catching up over drinks. The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home. The food was delicious and comforting. Everything we ordered came out hot and fresh, and the flavors really hit the spot. From the comments, Kips seems to run hot and cold. Evidently, we were there on a hot day. We were staying next door at the Courtyard. Walked over for something different. Seated quickly. Great service. Very good food. I had the corned beef Hash with poached eggs and hollandaise. Quiet atmosphere - could talk with the spouse. Billed directly to our room at the Courtyard. Deserving of 5* when we were there.
