“friends of the bar and staff” Hope and Ellen invited me back, they claimed to be “regulars” and often “the specials are standard”. Nope. Wednesday evening no deals.

They sold out the bar or are insider dealing for “Knight Cap”. Sadly they seemed comfortable,
known and welcome by employees. Not the case for the *Knight Cap* of nine-ten years ago. Sad to see this scam.

Staff great! price, attitude, security and atmosphere above average. No complaints about the establishment itself.

Clientele less desirable. Don’t recommend based on “established” customers’ spoken reviews and behavior.

1/5 stars.

Great cash only spot to stop by and cure your thirst

I always get great service. It is a very laid-back neighborhood bar with a fantastic outdoor patio. Very reasonably priced too.

We didn't get any food, but our bartender was friendly and they had decent prices on drinks--despite not having the widest beer selection. We enjoyed the decor and the atmosphere, plus the fun games. However, I would have to recommend sitting at a table far from the doors, as there was lots of secondhand smoke blowing back into the bar from people who were standing right outside the doorways to smoke.

(P.S. It would be awesome to see them get some bike parking on their corner of the intersection.)

Sadie was our bartender on Sunday, the service was great! Great selection of beer and liquor. We didn't order any food. Great atmosphere and friendly people!

Friendly place with decent beer choices, a nice size patio and dart boards. Pull tabs worked in our favor this time 😊

Liz and Ian are a force to be reckoned with. And last night Sadie and don ran this place so smooth. I’d never been here before and I felt so welcomed Paula and Kim and max have me editing this post. This place is golden. Max is a hoot and this guy deserves a large cash tip for how much he cares

Compared to Slack's, Knight Cap is definitely a second option. The atomosphere doesn't feel as welcoming as Slack's, mostly due to the bartender's focus on regulars. Food is average. I'd choose Mayslack's over the Cap usually.

Parked outside this bar while some coworkers were eating lunch at mayslacks. A lady comes out of knight cap and starts berating me about how it's her parking spot and we're not supposed to park in front of her bar. Lady its public parking and mine your own business. We were in a boom truck. Apparently she believes working people aren't allowed to stop for lunch so that's cool. Anyways mayslacks was frickin awesome. Had the hot Italian. Delicious.

What a dump. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Avoid this place if you value your health.

Fun dive type bar. They offer trivia karaoke and bingo at night. Live music. And best of all, Liz, arguably the best bartender in town
