Food: The cheese board was great - a fantastic selection of cheeses. For my entree I had the pasta, and it was tasty but nothing earth shattering. They had a great wine list!

I love the ambiance (fresh, just right music, delicious and creative food, friendly people). I love the markit too - and browsing while sipping my wine or coffee. And I love the live music on sat!
I had an impromptu lunch here with my son. We loved the beautiful bright interior. Our server was attentive and friendly. I had the Cubano, which is a must for me on any new menu. It was very unique with sausage included. The bread was spectacular. The portion was giant with a tasty well dressed side salad. My son had the French toast. He couldn’t stop talking about the whipped cream. He loved it. It also appeared to be made out of a quality artisanal bread.
A unique part of this restaurant is the market that makes up a surprisingly large amount of space. The product placement made it all look very fancy. My son kept saying “this place is really nice!”
The only problem was the time it took to get our food. It was over 30 minutes and we grew impatient. Our server kept a close eye to make sure it came out. The server also offered us a free pastry item to make up for the long wait. I chose the caramel roll and had it for a midnight snack. Warmed up it was incredible!
I want to come back for some drinks and sit outside next time. Hope to return soon.

This is a lovely spot for a quick coffee, sit down brunch, or to stop by for some emergency groceries. They serve a lot of healthy organic products in the market, and the vibe/atmosphere in the restaurant area is very relaxing and accommodating. The staff seem very pleasant and were very welcoming. The coffee was very enjoyable, and the food was tasty. We will definitely be back soon.

Kruse Markit Bistro is my go to anytime I'm in Minneapolis. The place is a vibe and staff is friendly and attentive .Most importantly, the food is beyond tasty and they make a wicked chai. You're missing out if you're not stopping in.
Parking: Parking is easy to navigate and the parking lot is easy to locate behind the bistro.
Kid-friendliness: Krise Markit Bistro is family friendly and caters to all ages. Everyone can find something tasty!

A great wine/ beer bistro with new taps and wines available all the time. I had a couple different Hazy IPAs there that were just fantastic! The food is amazing as well, the grazing board is to die for. I especially loved the goat cheese! If you’re into coffee the selection is great, not my cup of tea but that’s my loss and doesn’t have to be yours. You can also grab something from the markit if you’re in a rush or want to build your own board at home. Saturday nights they also have live music that fills the space nicely!
