It’s a reliable chain. This location is very busy, but they’re quick to make your order, and staff is helpful. Love the post-it wall, fun to read while you wait for your order. I get my tea at 75% sweetness because they tend to make it on the sweet side.

Parking: Free shared parking lot with other businesses right in front of the store, plenty of spots available

The taro slush from here is so good! (Probably the best out of all ngl). The bubbles are always fresh and warm, and the slush is always well mixed and flavorful, even if I get low sugar! The atmosphere isn't the best because it is very small and also gets very hot inside, but I came here for their amazing tea, so it is okay! Pricing is pretty average for bubble tea. The workers are very nice and respectful.

Awesome variety of flavors to quench your boba needs. My family likes this little spot.

Parking: Small little mall strip open parking lot. Always available parking.
