We love this All You Can Eat Sushi restaurant! The service is always quick, staff is very friendly and food definitely hits the spot! We always opt for booth seating as this makes dinner a little more intimate. We love going with a group & sharing everything, we can always order more of any of the favorites... the customer service is not good! if I could give them a zero I would. we asked to be accommodated for their service and the check came back 4 rolls and and app we didn't order $55. does that make sense? it was busy, they are understaffed, and we waited 30min to be seated. will not be returning ever again!

Horrible service, took 20 minutes to even get a water cup and the waitress seemingly forgot about our table when it came time for the check. Sushi is not great as well although that's not surprising given they offer all you can eat.

We occasionally go to Kyoto Sushi for the all-you-can-eat dinner, which is very good. However, today we decided to have a takeout Valentine's Day dinner from Kyoto Sushi, and we're so happy we did! They turned our salmon sashimi into a beautiful rose, and the rest of the sushi was delicious and made perfectly to order. I have an allergy to avocado and requested it be omitted from the order, and they made every roll perfectly. Their attention to detail made for a very delicious holiday dinner!Dietary restrictions: They are very attentive to dietary restrictions if you make them clear in the takeout order. Their accuracy was very much appreciated!
Took 40+ minutes for our first order of rolls to get to us. Server asked us 3 times if we wanted to order more before our first order came.Servers were running with food from table to table. Very hectic. Won't be going back. Plenty of other AYCE sushi with the same meny elsewhere

I went to this restaurant few months ago. The food is not fresh. I do not want to come this restaurant any more. Michelle Griffin said he was very rude. I do agree that the male person who works this restaurant is very rude!!! Agian, the male person with a short hair is very very very rude.The reply of the restaurant is also very rude. It shows that "I feel so ridiculous about your reviews. Our restaurant is not open to the public at all. So how do you come to my restaurant? Full of lies, to slander the restaurant".I can not believe the service and attitude of the restaurant. The restaurant always does not think it is its fault. Amazing!I went to Kyoto Sushi at Roseville location recently. That restaurant's service is much much better than the location. And the owner of this location has never seriously reflected on his own problems.I addition, the owner is so rude. His English language is bad. It is the worst restaurant in MN in my eyes. Uptown is a good location. But there are less customers in the restaurant due to the bad service, especially the owner.

3 bad situation,1. Bad sevice, no automatic server for filled water. When order meal continue ask "anything else". Ordered sushi, always partial server (no raw material).2. Bad cleaning, the plates so dirty. Inside restaurant so dark and smell so bad.3. Bad tasty, the sushi rice were warm when serve. Terrible tasty, the rice eat like powder in your mouth.
