La Doña is a fantastic place to meet up with friends for beer, tacos, hablar en Español, and Trivia Mafia. I invite my friends to Trivia Mafia on Tuesday nights, and we have an incredibly fun time with the whimsical trivia. We have even won gift card prizes some times! Today before Trivia Mafia, I ordered chips & guacamole, with extra guacamole and cilantro mayo. I also ordered the steak quesadilla. Very delicious!
We hosted our casual Welcome Dinner for our out-of-town wedding guests at La Dona and had a BLAST. They were super easy to work with and we hosted some chips/salsa and each person got a drink and food ticket. The redemption process was super easy and smooth for us - the guests had a great time and it was zero stress. We had a portion of the restaurant public area for our group which was a great balance of private enough but not needing a whole back room. I love that they have these options! Thank you!
The food is so bad and not vegan! It smells so bad I washed my clothes 7 times it still smells. The people who work there are so rude and annoying. My beer was chunky? Thanks for the experience 🙄
Hidden gem in Minneapolis!! Excellent brewed beer and delicious food!! I really liked the Classic lager! Owner and staff are very friendly and accommodating!!
Its a good brewery, good beer, good food. BUT- its just that, which here in MSP there are good breweries every corner. So don't expect game changing but it's not disappointing.
Great beer and decent food! A little overpriced in my opinion, but still worth the stop
Worst costumer service I’ve ever received. Ordered nachos after 30 mins we went to check on our order , about 10 mins after that it came out. After eating a couple chips I found a hair that matched no one’s at the table. We took it back for a refund since it took so long to make the first order. The waitress was so rude handed my bf a napkin and said pick it out and put it on the napkin as she didn’t believe us. So we entertained her and picked up the gross hair and placed it on the napkin for her to see , only then did we finally receive a refund. Will never be back. I get that it gets busy and mistakes happen but the rudeness was the cherry on top
Ordered chips and queso and was very disappointed to see that their queso is just nacho cheese. Not sure how you can say you serve Latin inspired food and then serve nacho cheese as your queso. Also we waited almost a half hour before we were able to order food because there were only two people running the kitchen and they were backed up.
If you're in Minneapolis visiting or live here, you have to check this place out! It's got great beer, and art; vibrantly decorated and has a 3 on 3 soccer field! It's big enough to gather to watch games on one it's many TV's or meet up for happy hour. Also, check out the Saturday night dance party!!!!
Nice Tap selection, and good food. Bartenders were helpful and friendly.
