I recently went to the one in Walmart, Brooklyn Park MN. A Hispanic lady with short hair wearing a cap was very rude! I was waiting in line and never took my order....she welcomed and helped others but I was just ignored and looked at....feeling unwelcome 😕...i just hope this doesn't happen to anyone else and that they change to staff who are nice and welcome anyone who comes to enjoy ice cream. 🙂

Worst Michoacana location from the rest Michoacán's I have ever been to. I wanted some churros and went a day in the week where I was told they where only made in the weekends. So, I come back in the weekend and they said they did not have any, because they didn’t have any time to make some when in reality it was most likely because they where lazy. So I then got a mango with chamoy instead and it was all hard to even get bites from. I recommend to go to other Michoacanas instead of the one in lake plaza.
