The worst customer service. From the beginning, the owner was not polite at all. He had the worst attitude towards us and our kids. I asked if we could have a cup of tea, and he said “Not, I do not serve tea here. So, what do you want so you can go?”If you don’t like customer, specially moms with kids, don’t have a business.

After reading some of the negative reviews, I was afraid to visit this shop by myself so I brought my husband along. Turned out the owner was very helpful and knows his tea. He helped me find exactly what I wanted and gave me helpful information about a tea that unfortunately he did not carry. I will go back.

This is the best tea shop in the Twin Cities. Nobody comes close to the selection they have here. I get my tea here and I get coffee at Coffee and Tea. Both are hidden gems.
Wide variety of teas and excellent proprietary blends....French Breakfast tea for one. Chinese, Indian Ceylon tea all excellent. Charming interior will transport you to Paris and they carry French teapots and cups from Mariage Freres. Knowledgeable staff.

Normally I never give 5 stars but, Tony and his Teas really are a Gem of the whole upper Midwest. It's either the La Société Du The' or, a place in Boulder.Tony has shared his knowledge of Teas very generously, even given me a book about Teas sometime ago. Love this guy, and am grateful & lucky to have stumbled into him and his Very Cool shop about 20 years ago when driving by with an electrical service truck. Molte grazie Tony. May your lights shine forever buddy!
