Food: very satisfying and yummy. Yummy, yummy, yummy. Servers: all good things to say. Friendly, helpful, prompt. We came back for a second visit cuz there are too many delicious items on the menu.
Odd experience overall. The soup was amazing! The service was odd. Distant and not very attentive like one would expect at a restaurant of this caliber. We had to ask for our sandwich to be cut, to go box was just dropped off on table, we were unhappy with one of the dishes (perhaps our fault), but didn't eat half of it and didn't take to go. Server didn't really care. Disappointing experience overall. Probably won't return.
This is a classic uptown restaurants serving up tasty dishes that beat expectations. We tried the wings, burger, salmon, and poke bowl. We all loved our dishes. It was restaurant week and busy, but the food and service quality was still high. Cheers to many more years on Lake street!
