Food=EXCELLENT Waitress=EXCELLENT However, we walked in, gave our name and the hostess said, “Can you be done with your table by 8?” I propsed to my wife in the parking lot 29 years ago. The Lexington is one of the greats and always a memorable experience. The service is so professional but always personal and the food is perfect. We were there for my friends 60th birthday and I had asked in a note on the reservation if it would be possible to make a triple decker peanut butter and jelly sandwich for her because we used to eat those when we were kids and we got in a fight, we would make up over a triple decker PB&J. We had a wonderful dinner at The Lex. Being seated in the bar area was perfect for our group of 4. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks/wine selections. The food was outstanding. The prices are high-but I think that is Thanks to all the policies in St Paul. I am thankful this great restaurant is still going strong.
