Our server Aiden was awesome. Another server put together an ice pack for my daughter who was feeling pain from her braces. They really took care of us!Updated April 2024:Still good, we had Easter Sunday Brunch with a bunch of teenagers. The server handled that well!

Food was okay . On the check there was a few for employee health I don't think I should have to pay a fee to support your employee health care that should be the responsibility of the employer not me as a customer sorry I won't be back I pay for the food I always tip I shouldn't have to supplement healthcare the owner should be doing thatParking: Limited parking in lot and on the street we had to park across lake Street and walk back

We're here for a weekend getaway and needed a dog friendly patio. I had called to make sure they were, and they are. Our waitress was very kind. She even brought out some water for our pup. Food came out and it looked delicious. I had breakfast and my hubs had a bacon burger. My breakfast was great snd the french toast was excellent! Highly recommend! Hubs enjoyed his burger. When we come back here, we will be coming back to this restaurant!

We went on a busy Friday night with no reservation, but we were happy to sit at the bar. The service was still excellent, and the food was fantastic! We had a bowl of lobster bisque, and there was a whole lobster claw in it! And the walleye & asparagus was also really yummy.

It was a delightful experience! The staff reassured me that my car would not get towed. I would say, the only downfall to Longfellow’s, is the parking. It is in a great area with lots of fun shops! The staff was over the top attentive and efficient!Parking: I don’t know the area well, so parking was tricky. It took me a few minutes to figure it out.

Carly was our waitress and gave us the best personal service we could have asked for. The food was very flavorful, well prepared, and came out exactly as ordered. Our choices were steak & perogies, Thai chicken curry bowl, and salmon with asparagus. The Brussel sprouts appetizer was uniquely seasoned with honey and topped with slivered almonds. The manager, John, even came over and checked to see how we were enjoying things. It was nice to see him genuinely care about us and the level of service we were receiving. We will definitely take time to eat here again.

I've probably visited this place a dozen times over the years (usually weekend breakfast), almost always partaking of their wonderful patio space. This time my guest and I sat inside, and really appreciated the open decor and vibe never noticed before enroute to their patio.I've always thought their menus and food quality were good-not-great, but I've got to say, they've stepped things up since my last visit. My Nashville chicken sandwich, while not spicy enough to earn it's name, was a very tasty piece of chicken, and my guest thought their well seasoned battered fish was almost as good as Anchor's--no faint praise!Their wait staff was top notch--friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about our menu questions and so accommodating to our requests.Prices are still a bit out of whack, and parking can be a challenge here, but it's definitely worth our repeat business.

Loved everything about Longfellow grill except our server. Our table was not within her radar. She never came back to check on us once we placed our orders. She seemed to not notice attempts to flag her down for coffee refills. Never addressed my question if they offered anything anything special for my birthday which it was that day. Apparently they do not. Will go back - hopefully on her day off

Great place for elevated comfort food. My friend and I had great service and food on a weekday evening. Walleye shrimp slider - 5/5. The slaw and capers on the slider were a great complement to the walleye shrimp cake. Brussels sprouts - 2/5. Had obviously been boiled first then deep fried later. The insides were bland and watery and most of the outlet leaves came off. Flavor was dine but couldn't overcome the squishy texture and lack of flavor of the center of the sprouts. Steak and pierogies - 4.5/5. Steak was tender and pierogis were perfectly crisp on the outside. The Asian-ish sauce on the steak didn't work for the dish, but great otherwise. Grilled salmon - 5/5. salmon was moist, mashed potatoes had great flavor, and asparagus was beautiful Carrot cake - 4.5/5. Great flavor and moist cake. I just wanted more texture from more coarsely grated carrots or nuts, or even pineapple or coconut. We had amazing service from Haley - she made great recommendations, checked in on us many times and anticipated our needs - refills, extra plates, to-go containers, etc)

Great restaurant!!! Never had a bad meal. Wait staff is attentive, fast and friendly. Our favorites are the steak and perogies and walleye dinner.
