Everything is good, have been here a couple times, only downfall is not everything on their menu is available. Today the barissta was kind enough to make sure my kids hot chocolate was at a lower temperature for my kids so they didnt burn them selves. The barissta did it without me asking so that was very thoughtful.

Great and roomy space for studying/working, with delicious coffee! They offer sandwiches and bakery items as well.
You can park at West River Commons Parking Lot, but adhere to signage. There are no signs with a time limit along the fence and on one side of the lot. Majority of it is a 20 min limit though.
There is a patio section with chairs that do and don't have arm rests. (For those interested in knowing.) But be aware that right next door is a very busy restaurant patio as well.

Delightful and cozy coffee shop! Here you can grab a cup of coffee and read a book by the fireplace. The food is decent and the coffee is good. The reason I like the place is mainly the atmosphere. The people are nice, the place is cozy, and they little things like posting questions all their customers can contribute community answers to.

This is my favorite coffee shop! The drinks are always delicious and their beans are the best in town. The owner and employees are friendly, funny, attentive, and bring a welcoming coffee shop energy! It’s open late (unlike most cafes) which is the last of many perks that makes Loons Coffee the best coffee shop in Minneapolis!

Excellent cold brew and really, really good freshly roasted Ethiopian coffee available by the pound. Haven't tried the pastries, soup or sandwiches but it all looks good. Nice patio overlooking the Mississippi to boot.
