Very nice experience. Both servers were super friendly . My order was great and timely. Fun little coffee shop in Minneapolis. Looks like there’s a semi-private meeting room and it might be a good place to work remotely. Saw this coffee shop passing by and knew I wanted to stop at some point. Food was tasty

I met friends here for coffee, I found it to be a bit more expensive than my normal but I was very pleased with the flavor and the personal service by the manager assuring we were enjoying our visit. I was very happy to find interesting Ethiopia pastries. It's a warm and welcoming place and was a nice way to spend the worming with friends. I hope to come back when the patio is open, and ideal setting.

Good drinks and environment. Service however was terrible. We placed an order online for pickup and arrive 15 mins later. The lady working hadn’t checked the ordering system and had no knowledge of the drink. She prioritized conversation with customers waiting in line over making drinks in a timely manner.There was also just this one worker to deal with checkout and making drinks. She took almost 20 mins to make five drinks. Pathetic! There’s a reason these kind of coffee shops go out of business, I suspect this one won’t be around for the long haul

What a sweet, local coffee shop! Latte was great, quiet & warm atmosphere, the manager (I assume) was so incredibly kind to every person that entered. Happy to have Loons in the neighborhood.

I am so happy with all of my experiences at Loons Coffee. The coffee is delicious, as well as all the food options. The staff is so welcoming and kind. The owner, Kathleen, really makes sure to create such a welcoming atmosphere and share with the customers. I definitely recommend.
Coffee was not good. I don't know if they knew how to make a mocha. While this is a convenient location, I wouldn't recommend coming here for your coffee.

I have been a patron of this coffee shop for a long time, I think the shop has gone through 3 different owners since I started frequenting this location.Loons Coffee has great location and amazing coffee and the atmosphere cant get any better, but they need to work on improving on customer service side of the business. I am sure the service will improve as the new owners settle in.

Will give it another try and update. Great location and I was excited to try. Coffee was good although they forgot the cinnamon in my Miel. Costumer service was bizarre in the two times I ordered during our visit. Just really slow and communication was challenging.
