They lie about their hours. So it was a complete waste of time to drive to this location, since I guess they open and close whenever they feel like it. They have 10pm posted on their door, their website amd Google but they're closed at 9pm.

It’s an interesting experience ;) The drinks are expensive, because the put very little alcohol. You paid $20 for a drink and you got to add shots or you are drinking a bunch of ice. The food looks big but taste wise. It’s not extremely authentic or very tasty. The atmosphere is very festive, but it doesn’t make up for the weak drinks, and the average food.

This was my first time here. The food was absolutely flavorful and authentic. The ceviche was the best I’ve had! Fajitas tend to be the same, but here the flavors were intense but not overwhelming.
The servers were very nice as was the bartender who came to see now we liked our drinks and facilitated getting our ceviche before our entree. There is a huge variety on the menu both in price and food choices. The only complaint I’d have is that later the music was very loud making it difficult to talk. I’d definitely go again!

atmosphere was 10 out of 10, the cocktails/drinks were really good, the service was excellent, most of the food was well prepared, except for the octopus. the chef did not time the cooking time and I was hard to chew.
The ribete tacos were well prepared and delicious. The chicharron with guacamole was really good. I will give them another try.

10 pm Sunday night. It's a loud party place with karaoke. Impossible to dine inside. Food lacks flavor. Rice looks like minute rice. Salsa was also bland not just mild.

I’ve visited several times and while the food is consistently good, the service is not. Sometimes it’s attentive, other times disappointing—even when the restaurant isn’t busy. My last visit involved multiple servers handling our table without clear communication, and we were left waiting for basic things like boxes and the check.
As someone who works in customer service, I believe this is an issue that needs to be addressed at a management level. Teamwork should improve the guest experience, not confuse it.
Overall, good food, but service inconsistency is a problem that needs attention.

It's not the worst restaurant experience I've had, but it's pretty close. The music volume was egregious, and the service was quite lacking for a restaurant with only 7 other customers at 3 pm. I'd assume it would have been better given the size of the place and the amount of seating they had to offer. Perhaps if I were drunk, it wouldn't have seemed so bad. Our table was cleared and wiped down while we waited 15 minutes for our check. As we waited for our waitress, a young black man came in, asked to be seated at a certain table, and his request was laughed off; the waitress ignored his seating preference and placed him out of view behind the wall. A waiter sat at the table next to us to clean the menus, and he continually smacked the menus down onto the booth space between us when he finished. Unfortunately, I forgot my sunglasses in our hurry to leave, considering how our tip (or lack thereof) would be received. When I returned, one of the waiters was able to retrieve them to me, but when I spoke to him he jeered at my Spanish. And to echo another reviewer, the food was mid. The birria sauce added nothing to the tacos except moisture; don't get me wrong, it had flavor, but in my experience the sauce adds some spice and deeper umami flavor. I hate to say it, but Trader Joe's birria meat is better than what I've had so far in MN (It's pretty good tbf). The burrito was averagely edible. Now, if you want a real banging burrito, go to Flag Foods (Fanni's Mini Market - LA Tienda). They have a delicious beef and green sauce burrito. Sanchez Staff - don't send them hate. Take notes instead.
