I purchased a hat. Maybe wore it a few times. I attempted to change the pom pom and the snap broke. I sent an email with a picture and the customer told me that it was wear and tear that causes the snap to break off which is clearly not the case. The snap was defective. I just wanted a replacement and they could gladly take hat back to see what went wrong with the snap so it won’t happen again.

This is one of those fake stores that actually doesn’t exist. People leave work early based on their times saying they are open. Show up 45 minutes before and nope. Nobody working. Pathetic considering how close to Christmas we are.

The BEST customer service! We came in to get matching hats for my 6 month old daughter and I. Not only were they so patient with us trying to find the right size for our little girl, but they offered us water for her empty bottle. All three employees there were SO kind and helpful. After they started building the beanie I chose I realized I wanted a different one, and he was so kind to make me the one I really wanted after he had already started. We are SO happy we made the hour long drive! Thank you guys SOOOO much for a super fun experience!

Omg what a wonderful idea and place! I love LYM so much and I got an email about a build your own beanie studio and today we checked it out. The place is bright, cheery and clean. Very neat and organized. You can make your own or buy ones there. They have a great selection. I made my own and if I course I picked aqua ;) You pick your hat, if you want it cuffed, Pom ( if you want) and the logo tag and the gal makes it right there for you. I didn't pay attention and didn't watch her ad I was busy shopping lol but it was done within a few minutes. What a great idea! They had a wonderful selection. Workers were friendly as well. You definitely have to check this place out. Would make a fun date idea or even as a gift.

Very poor customer service. Website does not have a cart so you can check out with multiple items. Website does not notify you if you have ordered the same thing twice, so you can make sure you do not order the same item twice.

I ordered a beanie the end of February it’s been over a month and I STILL DON’T have it. What’s up with that? Did they just eat my money?

My original order during the first few minutes of BOGO had 2 black blankets, 3 gray blankets, 1 dark gray blanket, 4 Nalgene bottles and 2 Gopher hats IN my cart. When I began the checkout process, items had been removed as they had presumably sold out. I then ordered 2 black blankets, 2 black speckled blankets and 4 Nalgene bottles. During checkout, 1 black speckled blanket was removed unbeknownst to me. I noticed it on the confirmation email. I immediately emailed LYM and Caili said edit the order but the website wouldn’t let me. Caili told me there was “a variety of options are still available” to resolve the issue (not true); she repeatedly said I should order the blanket and she would refund me as long as I did so during the BOGO sale even though the blanket was sold out. I asked for a credit but no deal so I ended up ordering a sweater which I do not want. I wanted the blanket. I didn’t cause the issue and am disappointed in LYM. Love Your Melon should be better than this.

Their beanies are cute. I was trying to Get a family member into the beanies because they are made in USA and they also give back I have 4 of their items. So the person looked at it and was curious if the material was from the US (they don't hold up very well)also and it is not it is but bulk from overseas which I'm sure saves them a lot of money.

LYM states hats are manufactured in US. Mine came from China as well as three of my friends. Make sense now why the delivery took so long.

My Hat is really cool except the Logo is upside down. They responded promptly to my initial inquiry (where it asked me to provide a photo and I did), with a link for returns that requested a photo. I tried to send it again, but I could not because it said that my order number was not recognized. I would be really happy to like this hat, its thick and soft and comfortable, but you look kind of silly with a 2" square in the middle of your forehead that says, "Love Your Melon" upside down! A little pride dudes.

I ordered 2 hats on Dec 1, 2020 I have yet to receive them! For the last four days I've been emailing, without success!! Needless to say, being upset is an understatement!! I was so excited for these to arrive, and to know I'd be helping in donating to a very reputable charity!! The phone number that's on here, a robot picks up and states "the number you are calling has a mailbox that's full." Well, let's just add this to 'lack of communication'!!

Terrible customer service. I have contacted them four times now and still have not gotten an actual response. I was sent the wrong item, a child size hat instead of adult for the price of an adult hat. The website will not let me do a return and I have been try to get a response for about three weeks now. Will obvious not have the correct item by Christmas. No phone number to contact them.

First off not having an actual person to talk to is alarming for good quality customer service. I placed my order on November 29th 2020 and we are going on 16 days to deliver 1 item. The tracking started of at Sorting house Melrose park Illinois on the 30th of November 2020. It then Left that location and arrived at Stow Summit County Ohio all on the 4th of December. Then it s=was dispatched from Stow on the 5th and nothing to report on tracking in 11 days. I have contacted Love your Melon via email twice. The first time a generic response stating the address is correct and its on its way and still nothing. The second email is yet to be responded to. I am only guessing but it may be because this company is busy not fulfilling hundreds of orders at this time. I would never recommend anyone I meet or know support them as they are not honoring the ones trying to purchase items for a cause. This seems more like a publicity stunt than an actual company trying to do well.
