My favorite brewery in the Twin Cities—and I drink a lot of bier. While their lineup leans IPA-forward, they offer a wide range of styles to suit different tastes and preferences. The bier is truly the star, and over the past five years the team has done a phenomenal job elevating quality in a way that keeps you coming back. They aren’t afraid to experiment, yet they consistently bring back fan favorites. The taproom always feels welcoming, whether the garage doors are open in the summer or you’re settling in during the colder months. There’s usually some kind of food option available—food trucks, pizza from the brewery, and even snacks and drinks for kids. What’s impressed me most is the dedication of the management and staff, who work tirelessly to plan events during the week and on weekends, filling the taproom even on days you wouldn’t expect. The Beer Club Membership ($100/year) is a great value, upgrading your pint to a mug, offering solid discounts on merch and take-home bier, and giving you a chance to support the continued success of a local brewery.

Winter Saturday busy. Family friendly. Looks like warm weather a lot of folks use the outdoor patio. Food truck available. Piedmont pilsner fresh and light. They serve canned soft drinks and have 1919 root beer on tap

Luce Line Brewing rocks - fantastic beer selection (both in quality and quantity) that always has something for everyone. Great place to hang out and always a fun atmosphere. Service is always top notch. We love that they're right here in Plymouth!

Great atmosphere. Feels like a genuine part of the community. The selection of food trucks that are available are always solid. Beer is good, and they have plenty of other options.
My one gripe: pinball is two dollars per play. Myself and friends would be here more often if the pinball was a dollar per play like most arcades and breweries. It’s at $2, making it not an option.

Nice brewery, lovely outdoor seating, good beer, fun Oktoberfest bands. Question, however, why would you shut down 3 out of your 5 bathrooms 1.5 hours before closing and 30 minutes before the band was done? As I stood in a long line of people, one person asked the staff member (who was cleaning the bathrooms) was told that the bathrooms have to be cleaned at 8:30. The elderly gentleman three people behind me was a bit frustrated with this information (as we all were). Hmmm...might want to rethink this policy? Otherwise, a really fun place to hang out.

I like Luce line brewing well enough and they have some pretty good beers too. However their taproom has been slowly transforming from a place where adults are served alcohol over to a day care center. Children are usually at least half of the people in the taproom.
If you're looking to relax for a while this is definitely not the place.

We had an incredible experience at Luce Line Brewery in their Game Room event space! They were so good at communicating the vision of our event and laying everything out ahead of time of what we could expect for our event. We chatted several times prior to and emailed several times. We highly recommend adding a “kegerator” to your event - it was so great to have during our event and added to the experience. The staff were so friendly day-of and handled our large party of 60 people with grace and professionalism! We were grateful to be able to host our engagement party at Luce Line because we had been there several times with our dog before and this brewery truly became a big and favorite part of our love story.
