Their tea is pretty good but their hours seem completely inconsistent and aren’t posted anywhere. It’s like they roll a dice each day to decide when they’ll close

Drinks are good but super overpriced. Every single time I've been here though, the workers are INCREDIBLY RUDE. That out of everything, stood out the most.

The matcha milk tea with panna cotta and the matcha milk tea slush with red bean and creme brulee. So good, will definitely be back

My bf ordered me boba here through doordash and my drink had spoiled milk! The drink was putrid.

Love the plum gree tea, and milk tea, taste so good, a little pricey, but a special treat for me

They need to have more staff on during the day. It took roughly 45 minutes to make two drinks.

I recommend the black tea with creme brûlée which is my fav of this shop

The menu might confuse you a little, but having tried every drink they offer, it's impossible to be disappointed. I hope they stick around forever. Well staffed, nonchalant, and exquisite. Cannot wait until Covid is over and the full experience is in reach! For now, though, enjoy your drink outside.

A very unique style of bubble tea place!I love the variety and flavors. They were out of tapioca when I visited (I mean... How? You guys are a bubble tea store ?). A little bit pricey for a cup of tea but definitely worth the experience. It is located inside of the large Asian supermarket without any signs outside.

I've been to this place a few times and it's been delicious every time! Their créme brûlée and cream cheese teas are delicious!

I first know Machi Machi by buying grocery at United Noodles. The first time buying drinks here I noticed that the wait was longer than usual, therefore, on my second and third times, I always ordered online in advance and came to pick up. Yesterday I did the same thing. I placed an order at 3:14pm and it went through, it said to arrive in 15-20 minutes to pick up my drinks. However, when I arrived around 4:00pm, there was nothing for me to pick up. I was told that my order didn't show up. I couldn't wait any longer and asked for a refund. Very disappointed because I placed an order almost an hour to pick up, and went back with nothing. Please don't let this happen again to any customers.

I think Machi Machi is serving some of the more novel bubble tea that's trendy in Asia, which is very much unique in the Twin Cities. They are definitely more pricey as well. I tried their creme brulee matcha latte with red beans, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. However, I found the drink to be quite heavy, and I don't feel super well after consuming (I don't have food allergies or whatsoever, just the heaviness of the drink is making me a bit nauseous). I would probably not recommend milk-based stuff for people who have sensitive palette.

This place was cuuyyte and really tasty! Great dessert/ sweet drink option. I tried the Black Milk Tea Creme Brulee and it was very tasty, also very different than any other Bubble Tea I've had yet. It wasmilk tea with like pudding on top. The milk tea was creamy and sweet and the Tapioca pearls, perfectly chewy.
