Stopped for a bite at Mama Sheila's House of Soul let me tell you not only was the building beautifully decorated but soon as you walk in your filled with the smell of home cooked food from the soul you can tell everything is made from scratch and is beautifully presented behind a glass case so you can see and pick exactly what you want! Five stars isn’t enough for this place! The food is absolutely delicious! Mama Shelia and her son are great! The atmosphere is so inviting and comfortable and to see all the pictures of black excellence!!! we come eat at mama Sheila’s every time we pass through MN! We will be back soon mama Sheila!
Finally got a chance to come here, and I must say I was very pleased with everything. Being a southern, I was missing home cooking meal. I love the atmosphere. You can listen to nice music or watch TV why you enjoy your meal. The staff was very welcoming also. I had the meat loaf, collar greens, Mac n cheese , rice and cornbread. I also wanted to try the jerk spaghetti. Cant go wrong with none of these. Highlight recommended to give a try.
