Burrito and street steak taco fried flour shells. And I tell u we came for the food truck parked next to this but this was way better and delicious 🤤. We both very much enjoyed and both definitely will be returning as customers. Service was also very quick and polite

Definitely got my money worth of the best chicken tacos, and chips and queso. If you see this truck do your mouth and belly a favor and stop in. Not to mention the 2 ladies in the truck were the best.

Had a beef burrito for lunch-long line and long wait. The worker was super kind though which really helped. The flavor was good but not as many toppings as chipotle and more $. Lots of beef but seemed to lack texture. Was supposed to include beans but honestly almost nonexistent. Would go again ?
Vegetarian options: Kinda need to just order without meat, they do that gladly

Went to get tacos from Mama’s Taco Truck at the Plymouth Fest and you would have thought this was their first time operating their food truck. Was initially told it would be a 25 minute wait. Ordered chicken tacos, cheese quesadilla and a taco salad - 50 minutes later we finally got our food. Multiple orders ahead of me waited 45 plus minutes. Highly disappointed.

I love mamas tacos and I had them first at the anoka food truck fair and I have been hooked ever since I personally recommend the steak or chicken fried flour tortillas street style I look for them like every week sometimes more to see if they are in the area and always find my way there the owner is such a sweet person and always greets me and even remember my name they are the best I highly recommend

Amazing!!! These women stayed at the concert in Excelsior tonight way later than they should’ve and worked non-stop to make sure everyone was fed and happy. They deserve gold medals for their food and their dedication!

Mandy and her team were wonderful to work with. We used Mamas Tacos for a company event. Met every need imaginable! Mandy and her daughters were attentive to our needs through out the event! They truly go above and beyond with their customer service, almost makes you feel like you have become a part of the Mama Tacos Family. ALL the food was made fresh, all amazing and delicious!
