Very unpleasant experience. They have one of those infernal machines where your drink comes out so unreasonably hot that it takes 20 minutes with the lid off to cool down to a drinkable temperature (and they clearly know it's too hot because the barista warned me about it). Then for payment, you have to select from 3 tipping options, starting at 18% and going up to 30% tip. Ridiculous.

I wanted to avoid the chai tea espresso because everyone raves about it and , I’m different, ya know? But it called too loud and now I’m just a common person, loving that good good.

The jasmine green tea was soothing and warming and I got the tea almost right away after ordering, which was nice and quick.

Great coffee!

I mistakenly forgot to ask for my coffee with oat milk. I tried to go back and ask if they could remake it and the two women there told me I had to pay another $6 dollars even after I tipped. While I understand business is business it would have warmed my heart and made my day if they would have remade it free of charge. I would have tipped again and made sure to come back. But after my experience, I’ll never be back and I won’t recommend them to anyone. Customer service is what keeps people coming and Mapps simply doesn’t offer it.

It's fall and the smell and flavor of pumpkin spice is everywhere but a delicious "pumpkin spice egg nog latte" only here. The girls who work here are so nice!!

Great coffee and the strawberry cream ice cream shake is so good

I absolutely love Mapps Coffee and Tea !The owner and workers are the absolute sweetest and their coffee and sweets are literally better then Starbucks and Caribou !! I love how quick and detailed they are, I never know what I want so I always let them choose for me and they never disappoint lol ! Hopefully in the near future they’ll be able to stay open at least till 3 pm lol a lot of us need coffee all day to survive lol !
