The very arrogant young manager informed me that they would not ring me up at the counter and I was going to have to use the kiosk I only carry cash and I have vision problems I asked to pay at the counter and was told that there was no way I could do that I told them they were rude and I would go elsewhere and my truck was too tall to go through the drive-thru

Terrible service I asked for a new burger because the one I got wasn’t made correctly they told me they can’t do anything about it I wouldn’t recommend stopping at this McDonalds . Poor customer service and they rushed me told me to get out of line and come back through because my code was loading slow

Easily the worst McDonald's I've been to, foods never fresh and/or overcooked, staff is rude, last time I was there it literally took them 3 tries to give me a quarter pounder without mustard and pickles. Definitely ZERO stars

Quarter pounder w/ cheese and the fries were pretty good. The soda machine, menu and lobby needs help though. The ketchup dispenser was empty, almost all coffee items were listed as out of stock which was the main reason I came here. We tried multiple fountain drinks and they were all watered down. There was also a homeless person in the lobby changing his socks and shoes right next to us. I tried to ignore the fact that this was happening while eating, but the smell was pretty distracting. I might avoid this location from here on out.
Friendly fast service. Nice and hot food however, the chicken sandwich all the sauce was on 1 side. Took my first bite and ended up with mayonnaise all down my shirt. That was not great.

This used to be a really good McDonalds location, but something changed recently and now the service horrible. Last 3 times I’ve been here, they asked me to pull forward to wait for my order. Each time, I waited for close to 10mins. Each time, they messed up my order. Today they apparently gave my order to someone else or forgot about it completely. No one employee apologized for the mistake. I asked for a refund and they claimed they charged it back to my card, but I never got the refund! Now having to dispute the charge with my credit card. Absolutely pathetic. Whoever is running this place needs to be canned.
