Pretty good service, great good. They had a security guard and it's in a tough part of town. There was a group of people inside and they were talking about guns and drugs. Wouldn't recommend bringing the family there necessarily.

Went to the lobby and its basically a hangout spot for people that got no where to go, ordered my food (5 dollar meal deal, cheeseburger using my points and 2 cookies) got 10 minutes away and seen no fry’s and no cookies. Checked the burgers and someone beat the hell out of them nasty as hell and patty’s were luke warm. So the only things that I paid for were missing and were put together by someone that obviously doesn’t care or doesn’t get paid enough to make food. Called the restaurant and they lady didn’t seem to care and made it sound like I was trying to get free food. Been through here a few times but this is my last time. N A S T Y.

Bought 3 McMuffin sandwiches today and 1 one them had moldy bread, Nasty, they should close this place, if they are selling bread that could kill someone, place should be closed.

I ordered the double cheeseburger meal and they put nothing on the burger but cheese. I even double checked to make sure I didnt put it in wrong by accident because they specifically wrote on the receipt “plain, only american cheese” and I put in through ubereats that i wanted onions, pickles and ketchup which did not make it to my two flavorless cheeseburgers. My chicken nuggets were also deprived of barbecue sauce.
There is an armed security guard need I say more?
