This is the worst McDonald’s location in the twin cities! They constantly give the wrong order or not include items in the bag when picked up. I’ve lost count have many times I’ve needed a refund! Skip this McDonald’s and go to lake street instead. Awful workers here

Sometimes crowds form around the building, making it hard to get in. The staff shouldn't be required to secure the premises, third party security guards should be responsible for that. Sometimes the staff are too stressed out when they have to deal with abnormal situations that, although usually immediately addressed, can distract them from their jobs and customer service sometimes is hindered for it.

this is what they gave me. I complained the icees were too watery and the attendant says she couldn’t see any issue with them? Terrible service! I live a few blocks from them and there is no excuse.

The food is standard for Mickey D's, as was the service, with the exception of the atmosphere. I have noticed several restaurants on Lake Street opting towards non seating environments. I don't know if this is due to the high traffic and homeless population but it does not benefit patrons.

I really like that they have a McDonald’s in uptown but it’s insane how much of a giant waste of space this one is. It should be rebuilt into an apartment with a McDonald’s at the bottom like the one in dinky town.
