840am on January 5th 2025 An employee wouldn't help guide my kiosk order so then I went to the counter to order the man was rude and I had two 10 dollar gift cards and the total was 20.76 I had the extra dollar but the man refused canceled my order so i stepped backed and checked my cards 3x again and I still got denied help. He was rude and wouldn't listen. I had a panic attack and he wouldn't let me deal with another employee

Had a big order in the app. Took a bit longer than I expected though to deliver the food. Everything was there and my sons said it was delicious.
I came here in a great mood. The attitude of the workers immediately shifted me into a bad mood. I was almost impressed by how unimportant I was made to feel. Food was up to par for a McDonald’s. I’d recommend trying a different one, though.

Both chicken sandwiches were undercooked. Came back, and manager told us there would be no refund and no re-cooking. Cook and manager were extremely rude and walked away mid-conversation. Unprofessional.
