I came in at 4:50 pm. Someone was in a hurry as each side of my burger was cooked, just not the middle, and it was dripping blood onto my bun. I tried to complain, but there are no store numbers or a receipt.Too bad for me. I got somewhere with a microwave and nuked it for a full minute.Quarter pounder need more time to cook.I am not too sure I will return to that store. I tried calling but was now in dinner rush

Food is fine for McDonald's but I have not ordered here a single time where they did not get my order wrong.If you got another location as an option probably a better bet to go there instead!

On February 26, 2024, around 8:00 PM, I had an extremely disappointing experience with a manager at my local McDonalds, I have been going to for over a decade. Despite attempting to address a concern in a respectful and professional manner, the manager not only disrespected me but also outright refused to give his name, making it impossible for me to report the incident accurately. He had told me to leave the review and that he did not care. This behavior wasn't a one-time occurrence; I've witnessed similar attitudes directed at me and others on multiple occasions. It's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy in a managerial position, where one would expect a higher standard of conduct. This experience has significantly impacted my view of the company and its values, discouraging me from engaging with them in the future unless there's a significant change in how they handle customer and employee interactions.
