I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this McDonald’s today. Isabel, the employee taking my order, was extremely unprofessional and rude. Before I even presented my reward code, I clearly asked if I could use my rewards for a biscuit and egg and pay the difference for the substitution. She completely ignored me and kept rushing me, repeatedly saying “Anything else?” without letting me finish or explain.
Because she didn’t listen, my points were used and I didn’t even get what I was trying to redeem them for. When I asked for help, Manager Maria came over, but she didn’t do anything to fix the situation. She just said there was nothing she could do, which made everything even more frustrating.
Terrible service from both the employee and the manager. If this is how they treat customers, I won’t be returning to this location.

Used to have proper seating and usable public restrooms. Now its a glorified drive thru where people just stand awkwardly waiting for their orders. Can't even get soda refills.

It's a McDonald's, so I'm not expecting to get something extraordinary. I just want the food I paid for. We went thru the drive thru, which was very slow but whatever. We pulled out and back onto the highway only to discover they had forgotten my nuggets. It's the only time I've ever been to this mcd but I won't be back.

the young mexican girl who works the window every single time messes up my order . and says she placed the order but then when I get to the second window they said she didn’t put my order in . Takes away my free award . literally EVERY TIME . Idek how she still works here . also hold up the line every damn time

Would rate lower if I could, doesn't understand how messing up needs to be fixed, they seem to believe that (after refusing to answer the phone on the night of the order and forgetting half the food) refunding a small part is enough to cover the issue, while insisting that I come in person to get it. I will never be returning.

A McDonald's with no tables inside, charges $1.09 for a cup of water even if you order food, and doesn't do refills on soda. Huh???? Since when does McDonald's not do refills?!?! That said it's not the worse McDonald's in Minneapolis.
