I went to the DRIVE THRU and ordered a #7 with a HI-C. When I got to the second window they tried to hand me a sprite with 2 McChickens. I told them i didn’t order that, black manager then came to the window and had an attitude talkin bout “so you don’t want the $5 meal”? I never ordered a $5 meal!! I ordered a #7! How are you mad at me? Just because yall are messing up people orders. That doesn’t give the ok to have an attitude with your customers!!! And once i got my #7 i was missing a burger that i used with my McDonald’s points. Just terrible, i didnt even bother to say anything.

Went to get breakfast, but they removed all the chairs and tables so there was nowhere to sit - hotcakes with syrup isn't exactly something you want to eat in your car. Also was told they don't have decaf coffee at this location.

Honestly don’t understand the bad ratings. We had a better experience here than 90% of the McDonald’s we’ve eaten at.

Let me tell you about two young employees at this McDonald's who waited on me. First.there was a young man. He was very polite, attentive, and helpful. I greatly appreciated his service. Another young lady, when I came up to the counter to get an additional condiment, after a long time and the encouragement of another employee who told her there's someone At the counter who wants some help, she finally came up to me. She just looked at me. She didn't't smile, she didn't say how can I help you? She did get the item for me but I got the feeling she really didn't want to do that. I felt that she thought that I was bothering her. Now back to the young male employee, he was very nice and polite. I hope the young lady working there acts more like her coworker. Historically, McDonald's was known for having very good service. However I think the younger generation who works there does not always have the cordiality of their predecessors. Show your customers that you like them and you're glad they stopped by. Thank you to the employees who still are great! PS I just read this review out loud to my niece and she said if people don't want to wait on customers, maybe they should work a different job.

I was approached by someone under the influence. Which made me very uncomfortable, I had to stand and eat my food. Its a rough spot hopefully they get a table or at least some chairs soon. Thanks i will not be going back

You don't pay attention to the orders, I ordered a Togo and they didn't give me an order. I don't even answer the phone. They are better off gossiping instead of paying attention to their work.
Cant follow simple directions. Asked for no pickles. In the package it even said no pickles. But when I opened my hamburger, lots of pickles, and the burger was burnt
